This hotel residence would be a great choice for travelers who want to stay in Phu My Hung town, the location is very good and everything is available around the hotel. Staff are all very kind. Only request to improve is the higher pillow, but it subject to personal favorite.

The hotel was clean as usual but I had one suspicion that the sheets were not new.. I did not ask the hotel because I did not use the sheet and slept on the bed and not in the bed. The smell and the feel of the sheet were not new to my experience.

Song Hung my Home away from home”
I stayed in Song Hung for a few months in 2013. They offer comfortable western style apartments in different sizes. Recently they opened Song Hung 2 in the next street (50m). Because they offered great service and a very comfortable apartment last time I decided to go back, one night only. I stayed at Song Hung 2 , Sapphire room. Everything you wish for is there, full size fridge, cooking plate, water boiler and even an rice cooker . Aircon, your own bathroom with toilet and a comfortable bed ( I am 1,83 m no problem). I stayed in many hotels/apartments in Vietnam and consider Song Hung as one of the best, clean , friendly house keeping staff and always a smile at the reception desk.

Hidden quiet clean apartment in upper district 7 away from noisy, smoggy crowded environment of HCM”
Nice secure quiet neighborhood of district 7 Phu My Hung with a wonderful, helpful staff & management under Ms Quynh & Mr Minh. We enjoyed our stay very much at Song Hung Apt & at this area that we will do it again and again in the future.

the room have the problem it's can not protect the outside smell, first the smoking smell from the next room come to my room, after that smell of cooking at midnight come to my room and make me wake up with hard smell I think that the design of the airflow not good but other facilities very good, clean, good service, have little kitchen to cook and also microwave and the location very good in district 7

The hotel was good, the facilities are new. I came HoChiMinh City for my business with my girl friend. The room was clean and the staffs are so very friendly. They gave my girl friend a special gift at the day we check out (that day is my girl friend birthday). This made us surprised and so happy. Next time, 100% i will come back and stay here. The rooms were of reasonable size and fairly well maintained. However were bothered by mosquitoes during the stay because of construction that were on-going beside the property. Otherwise value for money. Plus points were the closeness to a lot of local dining places with great variety of food choices. Phu My Hung is relatively quiet compared to the other places in Ho Chi Minh, its also close to Convention Center with many modern conveniences.

We stayed at the Penthouse apartment so was expecting a bit more for $90+ per night. The couch was stained, the curtains needed fixing, there were no lights at the balcony at night, lighting in the bedroom was too bright, and there was no in-room safe deposit box. However, there was 1.5 bathrooms which was very convenient; and the location and staff were awesome. You are literally in the K-town section of HCMC--so lots of restaurants and stores. The only downside to this is the distance to District 1 and will cost you around $6 per cab ride. They also have currency exchange service at this place and at current bank rates which is great.

I had a holiday with my family (4 people) in HCMC. The Apt has rooms with connecting door so, me and my wife have a private space and our child stay with our mother. They gift us the voucher at MonHue restaurant. The Services are good. They all friendly and funny. Love them. Thank you and see you next time.
