Great and calm place to rest with friendly staff and lots of things to do and cities to visit around.

Polite and helpful staff, peaceful and beautiful environment, and as an attraction a guided tour by Mr Kakas

- The landscape (the golf course) is very calm and beautiful. - The shower cabin is well-sized and clean.

- Half of the wall between the bathroom and the room was a glass window. Who wants to watch their roommate (friend or spouse) wash their teeth, take a shower or sit on the toilet? And who wants to wake the other up when using the bathroom in the evening or night by flooding the bed with light? We bought a roll of wrapping paper and some adhesive tape in the nearby Billa and "fixed" the problem. - There's nothing "deluxe" in the "Deluxe" room: only one chair for two people, no rack for coats and suitcases, no mosquito net, no kettle, despite being advertised for the room. - Although the place is in Hungary, the receptionist doesn't speak Hungarian, and the coffee machine only accepts Euro. (Is this even legal?) - Even though most of the guests are Austrian/German, most of the Hungarian staff (3 out of 4) don't speak proper German. - One of the Hungarian staff was sick and taking anti-biotics (as she was complaining about it loudly to a colleague). Even if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic, why on Earth does she come to work, potentially infecting guests? - The entrance door closed so loudly that the whole building shaked every time someone used it. - There's no sound insulation at all. From 7-8am to 2pm, you can hear the other guests coming and leaving, the staff shouting (a few of them literally shouting), the washing machine washing... - The breakfast is mediocre.

Vermutlich da kaum Gäste vor Ort war die Auswahl beim Frühstück klein aber ausreichend. Das Zimmer 4 war normal groß, für eine Nacht genug Platz. Badezimmer und Schlafraum waren sauber. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, trotz Baustelle vis-a-vis war es aber ruhig.

Abends standen wir vor geschlossener Schrankenanlage da die Dame an der Rezeption vergessen hatte uns den Code zu geben. Da das aber die einzig notwendige Erklärung zum Aufenthalt war finden wir das sehr schwach.

Der Golfplatz ist gut konzipert, hervorragend sind die Schwimmteiche,

Unser Zimmer war im Haupthaus. Wir waren von den Nachbarn durch eine verschlossene Tür getrennt. Wir waren vier Nächte, einmal hatte die ältere Nachbarin bis nachts um 2 Uhr den Fernseher sehr laut, ein anderes Mal wurden wir durch schreiende Kinder aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Der Geräuschpegel in dem Haupthaus ist extrem hoch. Die lautstarke Diskussion der Hausmädchen beim Herrichten des Frühstücks und Säubern der Zimmer hat gestört. Das Frühstück war an allen Tagen immer gleich.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, gute Ausstattung der Zimmer, freundliche und unkomplizierte Leute, einfach nett, auch wenn man nicht Golf spielt. Sehr nettes Schwimmbecken.

Eine Kofferablage im Zimmer wäre fein.

Freundlicher Empfang. Schönes Zimmer im Green House, direkt am Golfplatz! Konnten mit den Rädern vor die Terrassentüre fahren. Gutes Frühstück. Kurzer Weg über die Grenze zur Therme Lutzmannsburg. Gasthaus in Ungarn "Piros Ház" können wir in besonderer Weise empfehlen. Sehr gutes ungarisches Essen!
