“money worth”
for its price i think its really worthit, spacious and comfortable. went with my family of 4. i think this apt can fit up to 6 ppl comfortably. the balcony was spacious too. theres wifi, fridge, microwave, and all your basic needs. theres an iron but the ironing board is broken. idk how well the microwave and heater works bcs i didnt get to use it as i only stayed for one night. theres no fan or a/c but i think thats common in cameron cs its naturally cold, but maybe u can bring your own fan if u want. location is also strategic. overall i think its really worth it considering its cheap price. and most importantly no paranormal events and i slept well during the night. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

“Centre of everything”
This aparyment located at the centre between Taman Sedia and Pasar Malam. Just take max 1km walk to reach both location. The apartment is quite old, but still looks tidy inside. The floor still wet by the time we arrived. To the owner, please make sure the staff clean it at least 2 hour before the customer arrived.

“Average Cozy Stay ”
If you doesn't care for the cons, it would be a nice stay. My family enjoy it even though the condition of the house is old and a bit dusty. Recommend for people who on budget but want a nice view stay. Pros: 1. WiFi is very good 2. The floor is clean and no dust. 3. There is nice space for dining and balcony view is very nice 4. Very cold and no fan. 5. There is a very nice garden nearby. 6. The staff very friendly and response to request fast. Cons: 1. Only normal door lock, no safety lock at door. The sliding door at balcony a bit hard to lock. 2. The bed cause itchness. There is a flea jumping in living room :) 3. The hot water is not stable. 4. Some spiderweb at corner of living room 5. The curtain is very dirty.

“Perfect”
Very recommended ! Kawasan yang strategic sebab dah dekat dengan semua tempat dan tak perlu stuck dengan jammed yang panjang. 3 mins ke pasar malam. Apartment pun sangat bersih dan kemas. Semua kelengkapan dah disediakan, owner pun sangat baik hati ! kalau nak pergi untuk lebih sehari sangat lah berbaloi

“Highly Recommended ”
A nice play stay with family members. All comfy, got hot water and no paranormal. We all sleep peacefully. The location is strategic and i even recommend it to my friends. Come and support so this place so the owner could upgrade it and make it even more comfy for everyone. Bring your own ironing stuffs btw. Maybe in future they could provide one bcs we womens really in need of it. They provided indoor slippers which is very nice. A comfy house to stay overall.
