Good property with poorly maintenance ”
We stayed at this property on the 31st dec eve, power went off at around 10 pm, and there was no power back up at all, we were without electricity for around one hour, some young boys were fighting with the manager and staff for this mismanagement, atleast generator which is already available there should be in operational condition, staff and manager are very good and helping also, there is graveyard behind the property beachside...rest all is fine..thanks

Maintenance was worst and uncleaned rooms . Everything thing you need you should buy from outside, Not even water bottle is available (Only rooms without service). No good restaurant in the surrounding area nearly half km. And Mainly AGODA App is the worst in booking because they are not updating in the resort about our arrival. it took nearly 2 hours extra for us to check in. Mainly it is not good for families and couples. Think twice before you go

The loaction is perfect, just next to the Auro beach.. lots of ppl come like that.. but that's about the beach.. the less said about the hotel/resort the better.. (just read the less than 1 reviews in other sites and add them up all together for the review here).. just one more thing.. water will be turned on only when you ask for it.. and that's in case you can go out and find the in charge person.. sorry.. 1 more final final thing.. TV channel will recharged only when you check in and ask (if you are lucky you might get it the same night). Saves you a lot of money though..

The condition of the hotel is pathetic, not well maintained, dust, ants, termites and cob webs, toilet flush broken, they didnt even sweep the room properly, blankets not changed. Got skin allergy staying there for my family. We checked out in the morning without even taking bath as ants and termites and sand in the bathroom.

We stayed there on 15/16; as promised there was no swimming pool only "on maintenance" board was there; they collected Rs. 1500 for 3 extra beds but provided only 2 extra beds; no water bottle or soap provided; on return they promised to pay back Rs. 800 through Google pay; that was also till not paid by them; when I asked they asked me to collect it from Agoda: worst staying experience..go for oyo or goibibo..

Pros: very close to Auroville beach Cons: hotel management doesn't care about guest. Poor quality rooms, TV not working, swimming pool out of order, restaurant closed. AC not working. First i need to update that this is cheating. We have filtered the swimming facilities and booked, but it is under maintenance and they inform us once we checked in. Only 1 Room Service person for the whole resort, and that too a lady staff. It is updated that restaurant facilities is available, but due to chef is on leave, they informed us no restaurant. We have Breakfast as complement, and they provided that to our room, and it is 2 poori, and 1 idly. They purchased this from some other hotel. I won't suggest this hotel to any one. And it is my worst experience staying at this resort.

Worst experience with this beach resort .Not maintened at all shifted to three different room due to various reasons like ac not working in two of the room water not available in another room,window was broken in one room and not able to repair hotel staff said nothing will happen with one window.Finally when we received two family room in one ac was not working and in another lock was not proper so they replaced lock and expoiled our hole day.I checked all most all room ac was not in working condition in half of the rooms

Below points :- 1) No extra bed provided and paid 3000/- extra 2) No breakfast provided in spite of being complimentary while booking 3) Toilet was pathetic with toilet spray not working, geyser not working 4) Paid for deluxe room, but got very small bed. Occupancy shown was for 3+2, but in reality not even 2 people can sleep in that small bed, much smaller than queen size bed 5) Balcony door was not lockable, so were scared at night to sleep
