Not close to the beach, but otherwise a gem. New, clean, great mattresses, easy parking. The "breakfast" is almost nothing, but for the price it is still top value for a good sleep.

Excellent value, clean and spacious”
If you need a place in Sattahip and don't care about a sea view, this is a new and clean hotel that's better than its low price suggests. Most hotels in this price range have bad mattresses, for example. But the beds here are very comfortable. Also blackout curtains, deadbolt locks, and power outlets everywhere. The kind of features that normally come in boutique hotels. If you have a car and don't need a pool, this is a great place to get good quiet rest. They even let us check out late for no extra charge.

Great hospitality but far from Pattaya”
Everything are great, the owners and staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. Even tho you cannot speak English but they try to explain us until we all understand each other. They bring us to sightseeing many place more than we told them. They stop at this place that place to make sure we got a lot of pictures. At night time they also bring us out to eat and to enjoy at night market too. Thanks you so much for great accompany toward us and we highly recommend this resort to anyone who want to enjoy quiet atmosphere as a groups. Might be far from Pattaya city but it’s worth it.

Cleanest accommodation with great value for money. The owner is very kind and highly recommended delicious restaurants. I came back after a long time to write this review. I recommend staying at S.K.S. in Hua Hin. You won't be disappointed.

Clean room, comfortable bed, but the best thing is the blanket, very soft. Worth the price. All staff are helpful. The room is spacious and comes with a hair dryer. I really like it. Although the location is in an alley, not on the beach, there is a really delicious restaurant nearby. It's a 7-Eleven at the mouth of the alley. Not far from the beach and the fish market (6 minutes), but you need a car.

The hotel is a bit tucked away, not far from the beach. Private transportation is necessary. The price is good and worth it. The room is very spacious, clean, and proportional. There is a refrigerator and two bottles of water provided per room. Towels, soap, shampoo, and hair dryer are available. There is no wardrobe, but there are hangers provided, so there is no problem. The blankets are very soft. All of my relatives who came together enjoyed it.

ทางเข้าไม่ลึกมาก บรรยายกาศดี เงียบสงบ ตึกใหม่3ชั้นห้องสวยตรงปกค่ะ อยากให้มีไดร์เป่าผมเพิ่ม ส่วนปลั๊กไฟที่ติดกับอ่างล้างหน้า มีฝาครอบกันน้ำหน่อยก็ดีนะคะ ขนมปัง+กาแฟ+โอวัลติน มื้อเช้าก็เบาๆดี แต่ถ้ามีข้าวต้มหมูซักถ้วยจะดีมาก 👍😄
