Hotel is located just few steps from Kayabacho subway station. Arrived early and they let me store the lugagge while waiting for the 3pm check-in. Pretty much check in and out process is done using the automated machine but the staff is always ready to assist you. Foc daily breakfast with some choices but great just to fill you up. Location wise is great with the subway connectivity. Foc face cleanser, shavers, tea bags etc at the lobby.

Good value for money”
Room was clean, fairly new and tiny, but perhaps the size is on par with Tokyo's standard. Price is unbeatable considering its proximity to central Tokyo. Cappuccino was good at the cafe. If there's one thing to deduct score from, it would be breakfast, which was a bit lack luster.

Stayed here for 5 days and would definitely recommend staying here. Initially came from a 4-day bookingfrom its other branch in Ariake, my stay here was great. Nearest station is Kayabacho, has lots of convenience store around, yoshinoya, etc. Nothing to complain really. Would have extended again my stay for the second time had there been good deal (Agoda). Gets very busy as lots of people stay here

Nice hotel with great location right next to the metro and free breakfasts. Some rooms can be perfectly clean, some can be not - depends on the staff I guess. They provide free cosmetics, tea, coffee and other treats such as face masks and bath salts. Cons - rooms are small, so if you happen to travel with a huge 23kg bag, it would be a little challenging for you.

only 2min walk to metro, or 10min walk to the other that basically takes you to all the tourist spots. Our room 1207, washroom ventilation seems to not work so it’s a bit smelly. But the room is very clean! There’s also laundry machine and dryer as well as microwaves available (convenient for 7-eleven lawson meals ;)

Standard size for Japan Hotel, the room was clean and with all facilities. It also provide 6 options of breakfast to choose, nice! Metro is just 3 minutes walk away, with a lot of food and convenient stall around.

I’m so happy that we chose to stay at Sotetsu for our one week in Tokyo. We did a lot in the city and the hotel’s location made it easier for us to travel. Great hotel for the price”
Stayed four nights and everything was good. The room is very small, but that is to be expected in Tokyo. Not a complaint, just letting people know. The free breakfast was pretty good. Metro station for two different lines is just around the corner. Hotel also has laundry machines that work well and they include soap so you don't need to have any. Would definitely stay again.

Highly Recommended to traveler with budget and don’t want to stay at capsule hostel. Hotel located near mrt station and has 7-11 and family mart nearby. I was satisfied with my staying, room and common area were clean. Breakfast were great, too. The only downside for me, it is really a quite neighbourhood, cannot find any midnight supper place nearby.
