I stayed for three nights due to an event and live performance. It was very good, just as the reviews stated. I was very satisfied with this service for the price and would like to stay again! Since I extended my stay by one night, I made an additional separate reservation, but they smoothly accommodated it so that I could use it as soon as I checked in. The place was clean and tidy, and it was nice that I could choose whether to have cleaning for consecutive nights or just a towel exchange! If it was just a towel exchange, they wouldn’t enter the room, so I could leave with things slightly out of order, and as long as I stuck it on the door by noon, I could sleep in late! (They leave a bag with towels on the door.) There are free amenities on the first floor, so you don't need to bring anything if you don't have any particular preferences. The tea bags for black tea, coffee, and green tea were particularly useful in winter when I wanted something warm in my room. It's very close to Kitahama Station, and the entrance with an elevator was near as well, so it wasn't too difficult to carry my luggage. There are many convenience stores if you walk a little, and it's also very walkable to Yodoyabashi Station, so I think it's quite convenient. It had the image of having many stylish cafes, but since the office area is nearby, there were many salarymen because it was a weekday, and the atmosphere was calm. Personally, I liked this more than staying in Shinsaibashi or Namba!
