Great location and staff. The apartment was very nice and perfect size. We had a family of six.

Everything looked very well maintained and seemed like it was remodeled in the recent months!.

I loved the location, the washer and dryer were amazing to have and the room was a great size. The parking was easy and stress free.

Everything needs a good deep clean. It wasn’t filthy, just a little dirty.

The apartment was cute with a modern open concept layout. It was spacious we never felt cramped and we were 7 in the two bedrooms with four bedrooms apartment. They had pots and pans and some plates, cups and utensils to use but I’d prefer they have disposable ones because of covid, I took my own. It was just a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. It had a washer and dryer very important for washing the sand out after beach visits. Having the pool available is great because sometimes you get tired of dealing with all the sand. Everything was decent in comparison to other places we have been to. The staff was available for our needs and took care of things we asked for even came promptly after informing them about the the ceiling fans light cover falling off and shattering everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartments could be cleaned better. It wasn’t filthy but the vents had plenty of dust on them and the walls and doors had stains that could have been wiped off. They could used a better paint so it’s easier to wipe the walls clean. The floor wasn’t mopped because my sons socks were black after walking on it for a few hours. I’m a little bit of a clean freak so I brought my swiffer mop and a small vacuum plus lysol spray and disinfecting wipes and we cleaned up soon as we got there. I do this everywhere I go. The washer never used a lot of water to wash and the dryer never got hot to dry. On our third day there the lamp cover from the ceiling fan fell off and shattered everywhere right after turning the fan on when we got back from the boardwalk, my toddler was under it but thank god no one got hurt. These are all small things that can easily be taken care off and would not prevent us from staying here again.

The bathroom could have been cleaned. There no extra linens for the sofabed. The oven was dirty. Some of the burners on the stove did not work. The toaster didn’t work.

we didn’t have wifi the whole time, they don’t provide laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent or dish soap or maybe they do but it wasn’t in our unit.

Great location great access to beach loved that it was a full kitchen.

Staff needs to come by at least to check if you have ran out of toilet paper or towels maybe pick up trash etc.

Sleeping accommodations were great. Great bang for your buck.

We got put in the wrong room and the sheets were dirty, however the staff quickly accommodated ya with fresh sheets and offered us a discount for also putting us in the wrong room.

The location of South Beach apts was great. It was only a few short blocks from the boardwalk, the beach, shops, etc. The apartment itself was exactly what we needed to fit our family in one location and not have to rent multiple hotel rooms. It was a nice sized space and we were able to use the kitchen for cooking meals. Dishes, pans, and silver wear are provided...although we were disappointed to only have 2 bowls to use for 4 people.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the apt. Everything appears to be clean and tidy, however we felt there to be almost a film on everything like the floor and countertops. The shower had black and orange mildew in the grout and the tiles were covered in soap scum. We were not very happy with the flies in our room either, and we only opened the door to go in and leave the apt. We killed a few, but there always seemed to be 5 or 6 more to replace that one...not very sanitary....I feel like they should hang traps or have a better system in place if the flies are like that in the summer. Finally, not the biggest deal, but you have to go across a very busy street to check in, and we were not aware of this so we were walking around the building for awhile before we asked someone.

Chair was broken for kitchen table had hard couch and chair for living room and porch only had 1 chair to sit outside on when we are a family of 8
