"We had a short but lovely stay at the apartment with my 6 month old. Very roomy and IGA and cafe located close by (as well as the beach of course!) Didn't get to enjoy the pool but it looked lovely. Only downfall was that we were woken up by an alarm in the early hours of the morning and had to call the night manager. She came over as quickly as she could and found the source and switched it off. Compensated us with breaky at the cafe which was lovely. Really great staff and would definitely stay there again. "

"False advertising. Agoda says studio has a bath when I booked. called and spoke with Bianka who said will put a request and it is based on unavailability. got a call from Queest before arrival to be told they don't have baths in studio apartments at all and asked me to pay extra to upgrade. Had to pay and upgrade myself. I have stayed in many hotels who offer free room upgrades and this is the first time I had to pay. All because of false advertising. Be honest and say upfront. Simple as that. Got in to my self paid upgraded room to see that they don't even have a bath. When complained to reception, they had to come and relocate me. Even the reception do t know what rooms have a bath and what rooms don't. But they do k ow how to squeeze money and get customers to pay for extra and false advertising. When checking out, the reception asks if we used the water left in the room, to be told they charge!!! Even the most basic rooms/apartments provide complimentary water. "
