"The hotel locates abt five mins walk from south Melbourne market and conveniently outside tram station. Front desk manager Snow is helpful and willing to make things right for her customers. Room cleaning service needs quite some improvement and standard needs to be raised to be called a hotel-level service. During my stay, I observed uncleaned trash bin, unchanged towels and uncleaned cups from time to time. This is not what we could expect from a hotel (however boutique it may be). I would say it’s not even up to service apartment level. "
