Rude Receptionist, Noisy place, Tiny and old Rooms”
Pros: good location Cons: Receptionist was rude and had an attitude. There was an event when we stayed and the place was loud and noisey until 9 PM. The room was too small and not well-maintained. Internet barely worked. Breakfast was shitty - everything was cold, even the newly placed sausages. We decided to cancel the rest of our booking and the receptionist was so unpleased that she was shaking her head. :(:(

Poor breakfast and noisy area”
The staff was doing some renovating in the early morning, and we woke up to very loud noises caused by the renovating. Also the brekfast was very poor and they first refused to serve us breakfast even though it was still breakfast time(7:00-9:00). Staff doesn't speak much english

Muffiges Zimmer mit Ausblick auf Baustelle. Bad: Lebensgefährlich ist der ungeschützte Anschluss des Durchlauferhitzers innerhalb der Duschkabine. 20 cm zwischen Toilette und Duschkabine verlangen ein erhöhtes Mass an Beweglichkeit. Pool ungepfegt. Frühstüch 1 Rührei mit Brot. Es gibt sonst nichts und auch nicht mehr. Echt dreist. Sind danach ins gegenüberliegende Hostel zum Frühstückèn gegangen.

Tôi đến nhận phòng muộn lúc 17h, lễ tân nói với tôi là họ hết phòng. Dù tôi nói là đã thanh toán 100%, ko thể hoàn tiền nhưng nhân viên vẫn khăng khăng họ chưa xác nhận phòng của tôi. Tôi giận dữ, nhân viên mới gọi điện hỏi boss, rồi nói với tôi rằng họ sẽ xếp cho tôi 2 phòng 1 giường (tôi đặt 2 phòng 2 giường). Điều đáng nói là họ thái độ khó chịu và ko hề xin lỗi hay có ý mong tôi thông cảm. Tôi nhận phòng đầy gián, muỗi, thạch sùng. Tôi bảo họ xử lý thì họ bảo rằng vì họ chưa chuẩn bị nên thế, vẫn với thái độ lỗi lầm thuộc về tôi??? Tôi có con nhỏ và chúng ko thể làm bạn với muỗi. Tất nhiên tôi ko bao giờ quay lại đây. "I came late at 5pm. The receptionist said that they have no available room. Although I said I paid 100% by visa and no refund, she kept insisting that they havent confirmed my rooms yet. Until I was angry, we were recived 2 rooms 1 bed (my booking is 2 rooms 2beds). My rooms has many mosquitoes, cockroaches. They didnt apologize to us, they acted as my fault???

Hadde 3 natt her ved 1st ankomst til Phu Quoc. + med South Wind - Veldig sentralt til en tourist strekning med en del spise plasser, bank maskin, apotek, handle plasser, massasje, osv... Strand ligger en tur unna (ca 200 mtr unna) Rom relativ rent. Tilfeldig fant noe paper bakk sengebord ved ankomst. Rom ordne daglig. Bygning relativ nytt (heis sa helt nytt ut). TV, AC. Godt brod til frokost. - Rom vi fikk var i en annen byggning en det som er i reklame bilder. Ingen lyd dempning - En (mulig vaske folk) begynte 0630 med sla pa dorer. Rom hadde ingen vindu. Ingen safe. sluk pa motsatt hjørne til dusj - ved toilet. ingen fall mott sluk ved bruk av dusj sa bade flytte ved dusjing. Sakt fra at sluk var nesten tett men ingenting gjørt. Seng var utrolig hard, på linje med en Futan. Forespurt en ant rom og opplysning ang seng men fikk beskjed at hotel var full. Frokost var ingen spesialt sak. 1st dag ingen koffee kopper tilgjenglig. Lite valg, Kjopt egen sylt, ost...
