Price. Clean. Friendly member of staff

If there had been breakfast as well it would have got top marks but we knew this on booking. Friendly welcome on arrival. Room on top floor was clean as too the shower facilities. Close proximity to other guest room so one needs to be accepting of a bit of noise (and illicit smoking!)Parking space in front of guest house. Shops and restaurants within short walking distance as of course the sea. scored 1 for ding/food as no non applicable button?
