All very well managed also a 2:00 am arrival is quick and room ready , good flexible breakfast also a la minute and cart .. Best Value for money Italy Cuisine in Nay Pyi Taw with Chef comes and talks with Guests for extra s.. Super Clean and good TV , Internet all inclusive. A great Garden 30 % only buildings and 70 % greens a old trees make you feel to live at home in your garden. Direct at Main Hotel zone easy also to reach by Highway and Luxury Bus which stops direct in front of Hotel , minutes away from big Junction Super market and minutes away only from the top locations as MICC and major event places in Na Pyi Taw.

This is the second time I have stayed here in the past two years. It is still a great place relative to other hotels in Naypyidaw, where they can be poorly maintained, awkward and outright creepy in some cases. Very clean, new furniture, I asked for the room with best wifi connection and was not disappointed. Cool design of rooms, the bar wasn't terrible (which is actually a good compliment relatively speaking for the area!), breakfast was reasonable. I have to visit Naypyidaw occasionally, so I will definitely continue to stay here and also would recommend to Western travellers who need a respite from day to day travelling in Burma.

We spent two nights there, it’s a good budget option for Naypyidaw (which will be the most expensive portion of your trip in Myanmar, expect to pay more for everything) Pros - Nice breakfast buffet, water boiler in the room to avoid using plastic bottles, we could rent a scooter (4000k an hour, yes, it’s expensive yes), friendly staff. Helped arrange bus / taxi for onward travel. Cons - since the shower doesn’t have a way to air out the ceiling get moldy and smells strongly (rest of the shower is clean though). As excepted, the bathroom is outside the room, and it’s so bizarre. Location is really far from anything at all. (A few small shops and restaurants in walking distance to neighboring town). Overall, this place is the main budget option to stay in Nay Pyi Taw. Everything in Nay Pyi Taw is expensive, but accept that before coming here and you’ll enjoy your stay.

I arrived and they told me the room is 30 USD, and I explained to them that I can book it on Agoda for 23 USD. Instead of just paying them the money for the room, they had me book it online while standing at the counter. The wifi was terrible, the staff doesnt speak English. I asked them if they can call me a motorbike taxi and they told me to walk to the main road and flag one down. Also the location was poor, but thats Naypytaw in general. Not worth staying in that city.

Rooms were very big and nice - but note that the the configuration is King OR 2 singles, not King AND 2 singles, which resulted in us booking a room short (but Agoda was helpful). Rooms are very far from reception and breakfast, and the hotel is woefully understaffed. My father requires walking aid, called for hotel buggy 3 times over 30mins and each time staff said ok but none turned up, resulting in him having to struggle for 20mins to get to the breakfast on foot. Breakfast is ala carte, and takes a really long time. Between ordering and first dish was more than 40mins (despite there being no other guest), we gave up on the last dish after 1.5hrs waiting.

The Myat Mingalar Hotel is a 5-minute drive from a shopping area and Emporium Jade Hall. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and free public parking. Staff at the 24-hour front desk can assist guests with laundry and shuttle services. The hotel is a 25-minute drive to Nay Pyi Taw International Airport. Rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV, refrigerator and electric kettle. They also come with a safety deposit box and ironing facilities. Shower facilities are included in an en suite bathroom. Some rooms have a bathtub. Guests can enjoy Chinese and Myanmar cuisines at the restaurant.

Was expecting a better conditioned room given the review that I read online. As it is located in the hotel zone, it is considered much more centrally located than those in Hotel Zone 2. The room is clean but very basic. The toilet used a shower curtain to "wrap around" the shower point with the pole sagging badly. The breakfast is really not amazing with limited seating in the morning. That being said, I think this hotel might be the better ones in that area. Given that hotels in Nay Pyi Taw are built to support the shifting of the country's capital from Yangon, they have their limitations. Cheers

While there's precious little to interest a tourist in Nay Pyi Taw apart from the surreal vastness and near-total emptiness of Myanmar's purpose-built capital itself, those visiting the city could scarcely do better than the Tungapuri Hotel. Situated - like nearly all other accommodation options in NPT - in the aptly named "hotel zone," the Tungapuri is a taxi ride away from any real sights but is right next door to an excellent restaurant (Tai Kitchen) and within walking distance of several small showpiece shopping malls. Since NPT has no actual city center, this almost qualifies the area around the hotel as lively. Despite having limited or no English skills for the most part, the Tungapuri's staff are an absolute dream. I arrived at 5:30 am on the first day of my booking, and was told that the room I'd booked was still occupied but that I could have another in the same class immediately. I proceeded to shower, make coffee and take a nap in said room, but as I'd booked a room with a bathtub I was rather disappointed that it didn't have one. When I mentioned this to the staff later in the morning, I was told that my original room did indeed have a tub and that I could move there at noon, which is the hotel's actual check-in time. So I basically got a free six-hour stay in another room with no hassle whatsoever. The staff were similarly helpful with directions, taxi bookings and rates and everything else I needed. Breakfast, a grand spread of both Asian and Western fare, was a treat indeed as well. In short, if you have no reason whatsoever to visit Nay Pyi Taw, staying at the Tungapuri just might be one in itself.

nan waddy located in hotel zone in nay pyi taw. the new capital is designed in mind with clusters of commercial / building type hence, hotels are designated in the ‘hotel zone’ nan waddy is a work in progress chalet based suitable for couples and small families. from the main road to the reception it is quite a distance, hence having the driver to send you in is a better idea, not knowing this we walked about 20 mins with our luggage in. the reception staff is great coupled with the welcome drink, towel and very friendly approach during the check in progress. caddy’s would send the guest to the rooms. most rooms faces this lotus lake with great evening sunset view and definitely great privacy as each chalet is located strategically with suffice spacing. the veranda by the lake is a great evening / morning view. the bathroom is lovely with huge rain shower and jacuzzi. wifi connectivity is fast.

Is hard to put an objective review for the hotel in this strange place. Surprisingly the room in the hotel was vary clean and looked like almost new. The was the best internet connection we've experienced in the whole Myanmar. It's hard to say anything about the location because it looks like all the hotels in Nay Pyi Taw are in the same area. The only disadvantage was that the bathroom smell really badly.

this hotel is perfectly located in the lush greens of the city of nay pyi taw. i have never experience such a beautiful landscape and sights around than here. the hotel is very clean and it is a great place to do any kind of business you can think of. the taxi drivers are cheaper than in other cities of the country and will drive you to the other end of the city for just a few bucks. the breakfast is delicious.

OMG brand new everything and good quality!! New mattress was the most comfort we had in 12 days, including places we paid $150/nite for! Good quality sheets, feather duvet, and 2 soft fluffy pillows each gave us the best sleep yet-9 hours straight! It also had the most tv channels and a good strong wifi signal! We failed to book our bus for the next day and cuz it was a Sunday the earliest ticket we could get to Yangon was for 6pm but the awesome staff gave us a free late check out at 4pm! And got our tickets delivered for us ($6.20 each to Yangon which took 5 1/2 hours) for a small delivery fee of $2. Best service ever! We could have ordered room service but we napped and watched TV instead. The only con is the smell of carpet glue, I suspect we were the first guests to stay in the room as they was not one spot scrape or anything! Loved it!

i had a good stay here, the staff were extremely helpful. room service is average and overpriced (but so are most things in NPT). however I chose this hotel because it had a gym (very helpful for business travellers!) but the air conditioning in the gym was broken (HOT in there!) and so was half of the equipment. not great, but not the worst hotel gym i've ever seen either!

Nay Pyi Taw may be the strangest city many people may visit, and its empty airport, streets and hotels may make you wonder whether there has been an alien abduction, but a clean hotel, with a beautiful garden setting with friendly helpful staff win thru. Ok, it's a bit of a way from the CBD and the airport, but everything in NPT is spread out. I would definitely use the Imperial Jade again, even in preference to the empty mausoleums parading as five star hotels elsewhere in the city!

23-2-2016 we arrived and check in this hotel, reception desk staff told me ,they can not receive booking email from Agoda .We show the Vocher from Agoda ,staff help give to me booking room.Staff told me if hotel room is full they can not help me.Next day we check out for hotel,front desk staff told me they can not received booking email from Agoda can not check out and waiting for email.We are un happy for this problem .We are waiting after hotel Manager phone ring to front desk staff,he received booking email from Agoda but he forget send to reception ,we are check out for hotel.If holiday season hotel room are full we can not get thr room.We think hotel Manger is don't know how to management to hotel and guest .But hotel is big room,clean,breakfast is good and very friendly staff,next time we are fears booking to this hotel.

I booked at Nirvana purely because it was close to where I needed to be, and what an inspired booking it was! Right from the moment I was picked up in the hotel shuttle at the airport, I was treated as a special guest. The rooms are well-appointed and truly spacious bungalows with wonderfully comfortable beds and everything a traveler would need - the bathroom was larger than the hotel rooms I usually stay in! I was informed that the on-site L'Opera Restaurant is highly regarded internationally for its Italian food, a claim that I took with a grain of salt until I dined there - exquisite food and service. Nirvana is a newly-established hotel and so is yet to construct the planned pool and spa, but if they are to the standard of the rest of the hotel, this will be a place deserving of its name.

I stayed in New Ayer Yar Hotel for 5 nights. I like the size of the hotel room and its big (I got 2 Queen sized beds in the room with plenty of space left). The toilet is big and there are sufficient power points. The General Manager, Mr Aung Moe, is friendly and speak very good English. He is hard working and he is always around to greet and talk to guests at breakfast and at the hotel reception. The hotel has a mini market and a Spa for those that need to unwind after a tough day of meeting and conference. It would be good for one to bring along an international power adaptor-as hotel has only Australia/New Zealand mains sockets and 2 pin mains sockets The hotel is located near a main road and about 30 minutes from Nay Pyi Taw International Airport. The breakfast spread is good-fried rice, noodle, vegetable and some day even mohinger (Myanmar national dish-fish soup with rice noodle). The Myanmar coffee and tea are good. I therefore strongly recommend for staying at New Aye Yar Hotel
