Fantastic hotel, fantastic service”
excellent helpful staff, centrally located, delicious food
I've never had a better stay at any hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful, they took such good care of me, and they went out of their way to make sure my stay went smoothly. They have a free shuttle to the waterfront area, room service food was delicious, and the property is extremely well-maintained. Just fantastic.

Clean, Great Service and Great Location
This is the fifth time I stay at this hotel over the last 6 years and I will continue to stay here each time I visit Cape Town. The service continues to be at an outstanding level. The hotel is very clean and takes care of all your needs. It is also in walking distance to V&A Waterfront so location is great.

Good if the hotel can provide mini fridge in the room. I was staying at level three where i the smell from the kitchen gets into my room. Someone should also look into this. Good and prompt service by the hotel staff. Good for business traveller.

Excellent for families. Shopping centres close to hotel - Waterfront. Excellent food and service. All personal very friendly, Rooms very clean with nice view on new stadium and Waterfront. Whenever visits Cape town again we will stay at the Cullinan Hotel

overall we enjoyed our stay. the sheets in our room were not fresh when we checked in. however, they did fix it when we complained. and every day they put fresh linen every time they made the room.

Nice Location, Friendly and smiling and always to your help. Close to Waterfront and City.
The heavy charges charged per person by the Hotel for dropping you at the Waterfront which is just 500 meteres form the hotel is not fair. All the hotels in the surrounding are providing free transport to and fro.
A very conveniently located Accomodation where staff is very friendly and always smiling and ready to help whatever possible way. Away from home these attitudes make you feel happy and relaxed and comfortable.

ロビー近辺は非常に豪華で、調度品も豪華。ピアノの生演奏もあるなどゴージャス感一杯
スタッフにより、サービスのレベルに差がある
同僚と２名、同じ日の別便でケープタウン空港に到着するので、電話で空港からのピックアップを頼んだが、自分の際は迎えがあったのに、同僚のときはなかったりと、対応がいい加減。ベルボーイや運転手などは親切だが、フロントやレストランのチーフウエイトレスは感じが悪かった。ロケーションとしては、ウオーターフロントに近く、無料送迎バスで５分程度で着くので便利。テーブルマウンテンへの送迎もコンサルジュに頼めば迅速に対応してくれた。
