The edifice is new and facade is beautiful. Our room smell so good and very clean, especially the bathroom. Staffs are friendly and respectful. They served delectable foods. Wifi connection is fast. Hope with these truthful comments they will maintain their standsard or better surfass the existinh one. I have very minute concern, the excess water in the bathroom post shower, hooe they can do something about it.

A gem of a find”
My family booked 3 rooms and stayed 3 nights here. We were all pleased with the cleanliness of the place and the staff's level of professionalism. We loved the in-house restaurant, complimentary breakfast, and secure parking space for vehicles (within a gated compound). The location was also spot-on and just a little further up Robinson's. We will surely be back and highly recommend Southview :)

Staff was amazing and accommodating. Food was amazing with the free breakfast and if the restaurant was not in use they delivered breakfast to our rooms, incredibly helpful staff and a really clean hotel room. Staff cleaned the hotel room everyday with fresh new towels. Would deffo recommend

My sons found a new friend “kuya Christian” He is a staff from the restaurant. I was surprised they kept mentioning about “kuya Christian, now we’re back home. I guess he is a person with good heart because my sons remember him. Overall we had a great stay in Southview. We will keep coming back to Southview. The hotel of our choice every time. 😍

HIGH QUALITY HOTEL”
We stayed here for 3 nights and everything works fine. The wifi on our room is great, heater/shower is working well and the room is big enough for a couple. We booked 2 rooms and we are satisfied for the service of this hotel. Will surely be back soon. :)

My honest review - the good and a few complaints”
The good: - the room is indeed super clean and beautiful. - staff (and waiter) are super friendly, makes you feel at home. - clean shower room with hot bath. - cheap but feels like a luxury hotel I have a few complaints though. I hope the staff or the manager can read these: - my room has a telephone but it doesn't have number's list. how would I call front desk and restaurant (or laundry services) without a number list? i don't know what number to call. luckily, I just press last dialed number and it called the front desk. - they offer room service (food) but my room doesn't have a "menu". how would I know what food to order without a "food menu"? - shower room floor tiles are slippery when wet. maybe those tiles are not designed for wet floor? Hotel location is a little farther to the city proper. Other reviews from other customers said it would cost around 20-30 pesos to ride a tricycle and that is so true. I will still recommend this hotel to my friends and families though.

Sparkling Clean”
It's my third time in this hotel. The building is new, it's along the highway. There's a convenience store on the ground floor that's open until 1am Their linens, towels & pillows are all white and sparkling clean. Bath soaps, shampoos, toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. I highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Great Staff, being expanded Quiet. Bent over Backwards to assist me. ”
Limited Menu. Chef was willing to work with me on Custom Meals as Closely as he could if Possible tho, could be charged extra. Being a Picky American Eater it worked for me. Mini Store next door. Laundry short walk down the street inexpensive and Quick, or Staff will take it. Quite area away from Main area tho short 50 Php Trike ride.

Only stayed the one night but was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel is nicely situated with plenty of transportation into town. The room was very clean and very comfortable. One suggestion. You provide cups and a kettle but it would be nice to have some coffee sachets to go with them. Many thanks

Big hotel, many guests, quite noisy, caters to Chinese tour groups, to local packaged tour groups, group seminars, etc. Nice lobby with beautiful fish tanks. Courteous and friendly staff

Pros the room was so comfortable and i like the idea of the breakfast serve already so you can start the day right.. Cons is the location is quite far from the city i was having a hard time getting a tricycle coz some of the drivers would charge double when they would bring us back to the hotel.. Overall it was a good experience
