Staff was barely polite... however room location and price was good for Sedona ... pet friendly but they tried to do a add on upcharge $20 dollars for unadvertised pet fee... I had booked and payed on line so it didn’t happen...
One night stay”
All Sedona hotels are pricey but this room was huge for the money. Great location and friendly staff. Room was also clean.
Old, needs paint, noisy neighbors”
Mountain View with garbage outside of window and pool not good
Price was expensive at almost 300 a night but also one of the cheaper we could find. Being located in Sedona is obviously the reason why but 300 a night for an inn still seemed steep. The woman at the front desk was nice and gifted us wine and chocolate after hearing it was our wedding anniversary
Very pleasantly surprised with the last minute room we received.”
Spacious King Suite over looking the pool with a view of the Sedona mountains. Breakfast was decent.
My friend and I valued our stay at Southwest Inn at Sedona”
The room we had with two queen beds was nicely appointed in a southwestern theme that was not your standard hotel decor, which we enjoyed. The room even included a gas fireplace on a 60-minute timer. The breakfast room upstairs from the lobby was very pleasant, as well, and served breakfast burritos that one could heat in a microwave, two pro waffle irons at which one could make their own waffles, cereals and instant oatmeal packets, hard-boiled eggs, juice, yogurt, toppings for the burritos, fresh fruit (whole oranges and apples when we were there), bagels, muffins, etc. Very nice. The desk staff were very kind and helpful to us. I would definitely return for a future stay!
The hotel staff was helpful, friendly, and I preferred the location. I am a walker and didn’t need a car for my purposes. The weather, however, was a surprise!
Great small town hotel close to all beautiful trails”
The location is great if you are there for sightseeing and hiking. Rooms are clean and cozy, beds surprisingly very comfortable. Breakfast is continental but nice. We would stay there again! The staff was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. Hikes are the best!!!
Nice place for a relaxing weekend with friends”
Great location and helpful and efficient staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the fireplace added a cozy atmosphere. Would stay there again and have recommended it to friends and family.
Hotel was clean and the employees were friendly. Loved having the fireplace in the room!
Great location and rooms at a great price!”
We’ll definitely be back to stay! The location can’t be beat, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. Great value for the price!
Awesome place ”
We truly enjoyed our stay here. Went to a fabulous place for dinner and came back to enjoy some time in the hot tub. Place is so clean and decorated so tastefully. We would definitely stay here again!!!!
Great Mountain View if in the second floor. Smells good inside. Very comfy with the fireplace.”
Mountain View. Cleanliness
Wonderful, romantic roadside inn”
We stayed here briefly in December on a road trip through the southwest. It was charming and romantic, a short drive from central Sedona and quiet. Out of our window was view of mountains and the sunset, which could be viewed from a balcony with a bistro table and chairs. They served breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful view of red rock country around , good breakfast but a downside were the lights in the room too dark especially for senior guests
Loved the view. Really liked the shower head, bed was very comfortable. Southwestern decor lovely. Clean. Staff friendly.
Great breakfast and rooms!”
Very close to the great hikes and amazing restaurants. I've stayed here twice now and plan on staying here again in the future!
its a really pricy hotel”
maybe we came on friday, its really pricy, even more expensive than venetian in las vegas. nevertheless, we had a good time there, the rooms are big and cozy, especially the mountain view rooms on the second floor
very few breakfast selections”
very near to airport vortex, but a bit far off from other tourist sightseeings. the mountain view rooms are all on the second floor, you cant really see anything from the first floor
