        Floor clean but wall not ”

        Under my expectation, the picture and description show the leg massage machine and city view. But when I get into the room there is no window, no leg massage machine, no chair. I don't mind a no window room if the description show me in advance.

        Great location but no elevators”

        Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of shops, and have drinks. It was great. The only thing I was disappointed with was the elevators, as there were none. We had to carry our heavy luggage to our room, with the staff’s help at first (Thank you!) but not during checkout. Overall, budget-friendly hotel with wonderful staff.

        The reception guy whom in charge for guest registration are over bragged and impolite. When he wrongly gave me access card without access activation, instead of apology he said I'm lucky because room was on first floor. The F dude you're lucky I didn't punch your face.. Apologies could comfort anyway but he didn't
