Recommend for someone who drive there because it’s quite easy to get a car park. I can accept the room cleanliness but the TV channel is available on one side rooms only

Really cheap, and value for money. Suitable for putting a night. Other positive things is room is not too small, and the toilet, heater, bed, rack, table are quite new. Bad thing is, I've picked the cheapest option, and I was always placed at the highest level (3rd) floor with no-window room, so I need to climb 3 floors up whenever I am heading back to my room. Another negative point is that, there is no floor mat. So, after bathing, I had to walk out to my room with wet feet, making the floor wet. No free mineral water and coffee/tea, but with such a price, nothing much you could ask for.

Your malay girl staff is very rude, i waited 2 hours for the reception to open. The sign said open at 8am but at 10.30am then they open the reception. I call your other staff more then twice but they didn’t answer my call. she Not even say sorry to customers. Rude

Bad floor tiling. Cracked tiling and noisy when walk on top of it. Need to wear shoes when walking, or else our foot will get cut. Cleanliness is ok, but not very clean. Not a very pleasant stay, to be honest.

book through the website, went there and saw it was locked and no staff were there. If you are not doing business then don't do listing and let customers make booking here. came all the way here only realized the booked room is not valid and have to look for another option on the spot.
