As a solo business traveler, I booked a basic (single) room. Upon arrival, I was surprised that the room was actually a lot bigger than expected for a single room compared to any rooms I stayed before. The staff was very helpful. Iron will be provided upon request if you need it. My room had electric kettle, clean bathroom, nice mattress and linen. Location wise, just in front of Surian MRT station, lots of eateries nearby, all walking distance. Got banks around it. Near to Giza Mall and The Strand Mall also. Definitely worth the money and will repeat my stay here if got business nearby.

1st time arrivals,i check in late because of my flight delayed from Kuching,and my room already set.Friendly and helpful staff.Hotel is nearby shopping mall, minimart,restaurants,atms,even the MRT.But remember the hotel i mention is nearby Hong Leong bank,not the other one.

Worth of money and suitable for a short stay”
Pros : Clean room, friendly staff, They provide a foot massage machine even for a single room. Cons : 1. Unlucky me, during my stay there, there was some unpleasant smell in the room and on the floor (like sewage or toilet smell). I believe this incident was not expected also by the staff. 2. There is not lift, need to climb up stairs to the room.

my stay was excellent because this hotel is near to mrt surian station and it easy to find this hotel even you come for late flight u also manage to find this hotel... for my room, i couldn't ask too much, coz i only stay there for sleep and shower, the bed was comfy with excellent hot water in bathroom, even though i found the bathroom is smaller, but its okey.. it good for shorten stay, i cannot find fault in this hotel, but hopefully will stay back here again.. oh.. forget to mention, this room prepare leg massage machine.. cool.. hehe

The hotel located at good location, nearby have many shop, very convenience. The hotel is comfortable but one bad things is do not have lift, if carry many bags and stay at level 2, it is quite exhausted.

The staff is very helpful. Very nice. There's no lift, so we have to use stairs. Not recommended for family with children. The room is big then we expected. But the room is VERY VERY DIRTY. The blanket sooooo dirty. There also bug and lipas A LOT in the room. The bed was ok,comfortable. They have sport channel, Chinese drama, and cinemax. Bathroom also dirty. Parking a bit ha4d in morning, but at night there's a lot parking. MRT just in front of the hotel. Not really happy with the cleanliness of the room. But the staff is very very nice. Just ok to stay for 1 night. I
