Spacious room and super friendly staff”
The staff was helpful and friendly. They provided us towels to dry up as it was raining heavily while we were on the way to the hotel. They also lend us umbrellas. The room was spacious and the high tech toilet seat was impressive. Besides basic amenities, the room was equipped with towels (however the towels are too small), facial lotion, hair spray, and the drinks in the refrigerator were all free. It’s really worth the price with such service and room facilities.

The hotel provides more than you need for your stay: toiletries, towels, hairdryer, and even contact lenses case and solution if you have forgotten to bring yours. They also gave us free umbrellas as it was pouring it down when we left. The staff is very helpful and speaks English. The room is spacious, modern and has floor heating, although it can get too warm at night and there is no option to turn it off. The location around the hotel has many restaurants and cafes and is 5 min away from the orange metro line, which is needed to visit most places in Busan. Overall a great experience, and I will definitely come here again if I stay in Busan.

It was a great location and for a very reasonable price. It had everything you could need (slippers, free drinks, some snacks, etc). The giant tub (I could fully lie down- granted I'm only 5'2") was excellent to soak in and the water pressure was great. Internet speed was nice and fast too.

It is a good hotel/motel. Parking/Valet is available for free/inclusive at the time of our stay. Room had smokey smell at first, but the manager solved it by refreshing it and they managed to ensure our stay was comfortable. There are water dispenser and coffee maker at the lobby. LotteMall, LotteMart, Museum of film and decent massage are all nearby. Value for Money Excellent Location Good Service Thank you So Yu for making our stay memorable and comfortable.

Near to the Busan Tower ”
Need some walking distance to reach the train station. Need to hike up hill to the hotel. Near to convenient store. Can be more quiet in the night. Overall, it is great.

We've reserved a non-smoking room but could not got it in spite of the staff gave the changed room and also, very difficult to sleep by the reek of stale tobacco during that whole night(May 03rd, 2021)..

It’s a motel or worse”
Definitely not a hotel. The rooms don’t match the photos. The place was dirty and had mold in the bathroom. Found hair on the towels as well. Hair dryer didn’t stay on, there were so many issues. Definitely not worth it.
