Pro: Air cond function well, water heater ok, bed ok, lot of restaurants nearby and near to convenient store, bank and petrol pump. Lot of parking space. Cons: Booking order at Agoda does not link with hotel. They dont know about my booking. Need to email them confirmation receipt from Agoda. Cleanliness can be improve. Towel looks like old one. Not reach hotel level for that price. Room is very small for the price i paid. I have stayed at other hotel with half of the price i paid here, but still can get bigger room. TV channels is very poor. I didn't use tv at all because TV Channel is very poor. Got delayed during check in. Got to wait 15 minutes at lobby because no staff at all at receptionist. OVERALL: The level of services, facilities, room size, cleanliness, is ok if the price is half from what i paid. I have stayed a lot of hotel, but that kind of price, I can get better from other hotel. If this hotel can improve this, I'm sure a lot of customers came to their hotel.

I'm expecting my room to be big so my baby could playing on the floor. But instead its not. Plus the TV's also not functioning because the receptionist told my husband it had something wrong. The hotel lift cannot be use so we had to carry our bag and use stairs. Overall, its a nice hotel but I'm suggesting the hotel need to repair all the necessary things so that the customers would feel much comfortable.

Location is quite far from city centre. I booked this hotel because those better ones are already fully booked. Although this is considered better than most of the ancient ones in the city, I actually find it under my expectation. There is an exposed garbage disposal area near the hotel entrance. The lady staff at counter was okay with the service though I believe she could do better with her voice and intonation. Things were not getting better when we entered the room. Room was spacious but the remote control for television and aircond were missing, there was no toilet roll in the bathroom and the shampoo dispenser was empty. Negativity did not end here as one of the towels got white stains and I did not know what that was. They furnished all these requirements after my request but the night was not pleasurable as we slept under blankets with awful cigarette smell. I would not return again. Thank you for the hospitality though.

One of the worst hotel in cleanliness. Don't mind it's a budget hotel but not clean at all. The bed full of dust n hair. Old tooth brushes still left in bathroom. TV is working but no channels available. Can feel the spring of the mattress. Pls don't stay here unless urgent n u got no choice

No interested facilities and the toilet is not clean plus with leaking on the tap. They not provide iron board on room. Have to go lobby area to iron the cloth. My room shower tap is broken hmmm. They not provide parking.
