If you want to try the Japanese way : that place is fantastic”
It is not for everyone: it's a capsule hotel. They change sheets, give you clean towels and clothes for bathing every day. The bath is very nice, sauna too hot for me. You shower sitting, before the bath. This room for sauna, bathing is closed between 10am and noon. Near the subway station, there is a fantastic road full of restaurants and bars. Not many tourists seems to be around. The hotel is mostly used by Japanese guests. You will have a locker big enough for a carry-on luggage. If you have another luggage bigger, they will keep at reception with a tag. Staff is super nice but hardly speaks English. It was not a problem for me and I don't speak Japanese. I stayed only 2 nights (reserved for 3 by mistake). I wouldn't stay there for a week as it is not close to most touristic places. By subway, you get to Ginza or Shinkuku maybe in 30 minutes. It could be loud if people snore. I recommend to bring something for blocking your ears. This place sounds, looks and feel like Japan...

Nice spot, a little far”
For first time travelers to Japan whose not use to the train system, i would not recommend this hotel unless your used to taking a lots of public transportation and can learn fast. This hotel is located 30min out of the main area. If your use to Tokyo station as your main hub or taking the Shinkansen into Tokyo station, You have to use Ueno station or take the Shinkansen into Ueno station than switch to the JR Joban line, to get off JR Kita-Senju station (google map users Kitasenju station) To get back to the main stations lines, go to JR Kita-Senju station take the Joban line and switch to the Yamanote line to get around the main Tokyo spots its not really a big deal but again, its 30min out of your way. Overall, it was a good place, the employees were nice, did not speak English to well, but did there best. Again with Spa & Capsule Hotel GrandPark-Inn they the kept the place warm, this one in Kitasenju was some time cool, wish it was more cool.

Some Guests Can Be Loud Foreigners and Japanese. Plus my stay”
It is not what you may think. I remember one of the nights I stayed I was woken up because I could here some of the other guests coughing and farting. Normally I could not hear anyone on the floor I was on when I was in my capsule with the privacy curtain that is used as a door was pulled down. Besides that I liked my stay at the capsule hotel. It felt out of the way from a lot of the things in Tokyo. That ment I had to travel by train and walk a bunch. But it was worth for the capsule I stayed in. I would really come back and stay at this hotel again.

Poor common room. Very little space If you don't want to stay in your capsule. Poor breakfast choices and quality. Otherwise satisfactory for a capsule hotel.

Been here twice and both times were perfect”
Staff are very friendly and helpful. They speak Korean and English (likely more). My favorite thing about this place compared to other capsule hotels is how clean and not sketch this place is. Location isn't the best but it's absolutely worth taking a train up. Is it a 20-30 minute inconvenience? Yes. Is it worth it for a comfortable night, clean sauna, top tier staff, and great price? Absolutely. For those coming in from the states that don't know where Adachi is. It's like north east ish part of Tokyo and is a safe area (not a touristy area though).

Easy access to Tokyo downtown”
Within 5mins walking distance to the Kitasenju Station which has a lot of trains line and subway lines, it's easy access to any part of Tokyo downtown. There are a convenient shop just right at the corner and 24 hours restaurants nearby the station. Some restaurants the price are much lower the downtown, it's worth the money to stay there. The capsule compartment is clean, the bed is soft. The only thing I found not comfortable is the place to have breakfast in the hotel is too small and tight.

Convenient and quiet.”
Grand park spa hotel Kitasenju is a great location. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the city life. Access to the subway and station is only a 5~6 minute walk. The venue can get busy especially taking showers or doing laundry, that’s to be expected though. Lobby on the 2f for men was pretty small. Only a desk and 4 comfort chairs but good selection of manga to read and a tv for entertainment. My only complaint was that during my 2nd stay an old man had slept in my capsule. I believe he was drunk/injured as when I came back the third day I found the bed with the sheets scatter

Excellent Budget Hotel for your Tokyo Trip”
First the location of the hotel is strategic and calm. For Capsule hotel, this hotel is very satisfying with hot tube and spa facilities. if you need additional things like power switch and else they already prepare it for you. Overall this hotel is really paying attention for the detail for your satisfying stay.

Great capsule Hotel”
Staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean. Large manga library if you can read, I liked it and I'd definitely stay again. It's a couple of stops from Ueno, at Kitasenju, and very close to the train station, so very easy. It opened in July 2015, so everything is new and nice. いいカプセルホテルだった。

Excellent”
As a capsule hotel aimed at Japanese people, I would not recommend staying here if you're on your first trip to Japan. Staff are not really well equipped to deal with foreigners but they still attempt to do so. But if you know your way around, and if your itinerary is near the area. I would go for it. Just be wary of your etiquette in the bathhouse and you should be fine.

Clean, Spacious for Capsule hostel”
Enjoy my 3 nights at this capsule hotel. The bed is spacious comparing to other capsule hotel I have stayed in Japan. The location is convenient, about 15-20 minute walk from Sapporo Station. The staff are helpful and friendly even they just speak a little English. Will come back here again.

Comfortable & Convenient”
Everything was just perfect, appropriate for me in all senses. Very close to a Metro Station so it was really easy to come and go! It was also near to a street with a lot of local food so it was pretty convenient.

Decent crash pad option”
If you're using the place as a crash pad, as most do, it's pretty decent. It's close to the metro (though a bit far), and on the same block as a 24/7 Family Mart for emergency supplies. Wig shop on your way from the metro is a little jarring late at night though. Also, the bathroom area on the 6th floor is poorly designed, with sinks in the corner surrounded by other sinks, in a small corner.
