I recently stayed in a private room at Space AJITO and while the room was clean and spacious, I was bothered by the cigarette smell that was present. Even though it was only a slight smell, it was noticeable and made my stay less comfortable. The guesthouse is located in a happening area in Kofu and it's only a 15-minute walk from Kofu station, which was very convenient for me. The shared bathroom was always clean and available when I needed it, which was a plus. I paid the price of a usual dorm room, but with a private room, and I believe it was reasonably priced. However, if you're sensitive to cigarette smoke, I would recommend looking for other options as the smell might be bothersome. Overall, my stay at Space AJITO was decent but the cigarette smell did detract from my experience.

I surrender to the snoring in the next room.”
Incredible noise as if the air conditioner was broken... The snoring from the next room echoed until morning and I gave up. The accommodation is not at fault. If you snore that loudly, I think it's better to avoid staying in such a facility. Don't they realize it? (lol)
