This is a one of the unique and best backpack hotel in KL. Stayed 1 night there. Note that guest need to climb up 1 floor to reach the lift. The receiptionist is very friendly and helpful. She brought me around to introduce the place. The hotel is clean and have many wall pictures to take photo. It has coin operated washing machines and dryer. In the shared bathroom, there are shampoo, body shampoo and hair dryer. They have common areas where guest can mingle around, have meals and get free drinking water from a water dispenser. I loved the slide where guest can slide down from the reception area at 3rd floor to 2nd floor. I stayed in an all-ladies section and it have 8 capsules. The capsule has a futuristic panel and lights and is clean, quiet and quite spacious. The bed is comfy with 2 pillows. The capsule is not stuffy and you can control the AC temperature. It has 2 usb ports and 1 power socket. Best to bring your own power connector as both of the usb ports in my capsule were not working. The hotel location is very convenient and is walking distance to many of KL tourist sites. Hotel is just opposite the famous Petaling street Chinatown, 10-15 mins walk to a LRT & MRT train station, little India, Central Market, River of Life. Further a bit is the famous Merdeka square. I had a great and fun time staying at the hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

First timer”

The staff who accommodated me in the morning, she's very friendly and easy to deal with but the guy who handled my checked out was the opposite. I checked out around 4am and I was asking if he can assist me in finding a taxi/transportation going to airport but instead of helping me, he just suggested I go down the street and find a taxi. That's disappointing. I was honestly worried since I am a girl walking in the street at 4am looking for a taxi and wondering if I can find a taxi. The staff in the morning she is really nice and approachable. I wish all the staff are like her. The place is nearby the cheap malls. The capsule/room was amazing and it has a bigger space. The place was clean . Thank you Ma'am for accommodating me and being approachable.

Best and High CP value hotel but parking is very expensive”

Space Hotel provide snacks and Netflix, and also clean and very comfortable. The only disadvantage is cheap parking lot is hard to find , the nearest underground parking which is kompleks kota raya cost me around 25 ringgit. (11 pm - 10am next day ) . Hope space hotel will have special discount for us parking at kompleks kota raya

Amazing staff and super fun place for the kids. Right opposite KOTARAYA and super easy to get food. The RM2.10 shop is probably the "official store" for this trip, managed to score quality drinks/snacks there. Managed to walk around the area and its super safe; even at night the "town residents" are super nice. Police in the area are super helpful as well. Will definantly come back again! GREAT experience.

Great value for money. Friendly staff, clean & neat & fun place, close to MRT station and walking distance to lots of good food. If you only have short time & wish to keep accommodation cost low but still for a good shower & sound rest, find no where else but this!!!!

Wonderful hotel ”

Wonderful hotel. The receptionist treated him like a brother and friend, very respectful. The capsule is clean. It was missing a simple thing. The TV remote inside was not present. So he doesn't need me to sleep at night..a great experience. The hotel guests at that time were also calm

Can only say good things about the location, design, staff of this place. Perfect for budget traveller. Interesting concept and the capsules give a degree of privacy. Staff very nice and the place is very clean. Ended up staying for a full week and would come back.

Stellar space with security and comfort”

Pros: clean sleeping quarters, clean restroom, has locker, secure with key card access, friendly staff, towel provided, noon checkout Cons: the small blue lights that remain on in the sleeping pod while sleeping (unless you remove the card from the power slot)

Great stay!”

My first experience but it was great. Strategic location, convenient, clean, staff are great and helpful, good customer service. Recommended. The only downside would be you may hear the others that staying in the same area if they are talking loud or moving around. But I am lucky that I didn't met any of them!

Great novelty hotel for a night or 2”

We had a great time here for 3 nights. The mattresses are a little on the thin side so couldn’t stay longer than that, but the kids loved it! Nice and clean and an excellent shower in the deluxe family room. Nice to have a sofa too. Right down the street from Petaling Market.
