Things need to be improved : 1. Add 1 unit ceiling fan at dining room 2. Add 1 unit A/C at living room 3. Add 1 unit Water Heater and shower at 1st floor bathroom 4. Add 1 unit A/C at 2nd floor outside the bedroom.

Spacious and airy”
Stayed there with three households totalling 18 persons. We had three cars so one had to park outside the property as the porch behind the gate can hold only two. The lawn are overgrown so it looked a bit poor maintained. While towels are provided, they are of poor quality (don't absorb water well) so better to bring your own. Sheets are clean but they looked old. Kitchen has plenty of cutlery and useful appliances. Large group generate a fair bit of trash so we are happy to see enough trash bins with a couple of large ones for our three days stay. Water pressure is good and heater works. Long dining table is our favourite - where everyone sits around to banter and merry. Short drive less than 5mins to eateries. While pricey, overall a decent property.

Definitely worth the value. In charge staff responsive. A good place for big family get together and bond. The only issues are Bungalow mattress liner and floor dirty. Poor maintenance of the facilities.

Expectation vs Reality ”
The house is amazingly huge. Good for big group/families. However, 1. The untrimmed lawn outside the house looks terrible as if its a haunted house. 2. The bbq pit looks a little run down. 3. 3 rooms with toilet bowls have faeces stain at the rim of the seat. 4. Alot of lizard poop in the house and there's many cockroaches. 5. Bed sheets have some stains. They could improve on this. The host is contactable 24/7.
