Guest must observe the following: * Kitchen counter and sink must be always cleaned. * The Smart TV is located near the stairs, guest must be very careful in using the stairs. * Shoes must be placed in the designated area. Shoes must not be wear inside the Unit especially in the Mezzanine. * Guest can cook and bake any time. * All kitchen utensils must be cleaned up after every use.

Excellent stay and location”

Had a great stay at this comfy loft. Full amenities and fast,reliable internet. The only problem we encountered was the steep stairs with no handrail. We were able to move a mattress downstairs for the elders in our to sleep comfortably.

We had the best time of our holiday!”

We love our stay here and would stay again! Hopefully when we book again one day, the hot water system will be fixed. It was broken hence it’s too hot to use the shower. But overall, it was a pleasant stay. Very clean, good location, and great value for money if you are booked for a group. Thank you so much!

A place like home vibe”

Stayed here as a family of seven, including a nine year old. We all love the place because of its home vibe & not just the usual boring space. Owner is also very polite, kind & soft-spoken. A true value for money. Easy for grab or taxi drivers too because the building is along the road and with 24 hours security. And we appreciate the safety too of not allowing deliveries into the building, but you have to go down to the lobby and get your delivery/ies. The accommodation itself is excellent. Highly commendable, both the place & the owner, Felix.
