pros - nice location...only blocks from the beach/boardwalk. Nice view of the bay if you're on the third floor. The "private balcony" was nice BUT it needed to have some work done to it to make it feel more "comfy"....to make it more of a place you would want to sit on in the evening to unwind from the hectic and busy days on the beach. It was nice having a full fridge and cooktop. Liked having 3 beds in two separate rooms. Enjoyed the hot water when taking a shower/bath (most hotels I have stayed in has water that is warm to cold - not hot like this). cons - Ads stated that there was free wifi - we had NO wifi the whole week we were there. Went to staff on Monday. Stated there was an issue with it and they had someone coming in the next day to fix....never got fixed. Ads stated that the hotel provided kitchen utensils, etc. - we had plates, bowls, and coffee cups, 2 pans, NO skillets, MINIMAL cutlery, 1 large spoon and 1 large sharp knife (that was TOTALLY dull). Facility and cleaning left A LOT to be desired.... - The first day we got there, we found at least two cases of empty beer cans that had been left under the kitchen sink by previous guests - cleaning staff never found it. Floor was so dirty that you couldn't walk across it in your bare feet without them turning black. Curtains weren't wide enough for you to pull them completely closed. The bathroom was HIDEOUS! Behind the sink was filthy...I believe the cleaning crew did not know how to clean behind/under things. I also believe there were some health department issues with the toilet. When you sat down on the toilet it rocked forward -- almost spilling you forward onto the floor. There was "probably" an inch and a half of CRUD under the toilet...it was not sealed to the floor properly which allowed it to leak onto the floor. It was disgusting and GROSS! As for the "guests" ..... every time we returned to our room, the air in our room was filled with the smell of pot. When we sat out
