Love the pool inside the room”

Usually websites show a better picture than the actual but this time the actual is better. The room is spacious enough, the indoor pool is around 3 feet deep but wide enough for you to float on. The room is kept clean and the staff are ever so courteous. I love Dalin (not sure if I spelled her name correctly). She made sure that all our needs are attended and she was very polite and pleasant.

The deluxe room was great having a jacuzzi in the room but the bed was a bit small and you could hear every footstep in the hall outside. Take your earplugs and it will be fine

It was my first time in Los Banos, Laguna and my first time in Splash. Reviews say that Splash Suites is the best amongst the chain of Splash hotels but I was dismayed. It was raining heavily and there was a leak in my room. Literally, rain was pouring inside so I asked for a room transfer which the staff quickly responded. There was no front desk in Splash Suites, although you can call '0' and a bell boy will be sent for you. The hotel chain (if it is) is confusing. Travelers will have a hard time determining where to go, unless guided by a hotel staff. Rooms have no wifi contrary to their online advertisement. Agoda should know this and must act on this! Wifi is only available at their main information desk and a small cafe. When I asked the bell boy for a wifi in Splash Suites, he answered, "I will install one later, Sir" but to no avail. The room is not untidy but the equipments and appliances are old. Thus, why make the room rates expensive? Also, one cannot find security personnel in the premises. Overall, Splash Hotel is poor and needs improvement in terms of its core elements: condition, room cleanliness, customer service, etc. I do not recommend business and solo travelers to book this hotel in their future Laguna trips. If Splash aims to be at par with their competitors in the local market, they need to walk the talk!

only go there if you want to retreat from the world and soak in hot mineral water. Not if you expect hotel or resort and spa services. there are none. -location is bad. -no wifi and almost no mobile coverage! no signal at all for SMART mobile provider. Wifi only available in 200 meter distant resort information lobby not in hotel. pretty annoying when it rains a lot like now... -no restaurants or anything around and the resort has NOTHING. only so so room service. they did not even bother to tell that the morning coffee breakfast place will just be closed without a warning. -big advertisement everywhere in resort about their Aqua spa massage opened everyday..just to go there and they were closed. they had to call them from outside and it took 30 minutes... -too many corners of the resort make a run down impression. staff is helpful or tries but this is a management problem

Good location but customer service must improve”

I would say that the stay at Splash Suites was good but customer experience can still be improved. When we checked-in, the receptionist just pointed towards the place where we can find our room but not extended enough help. It was a good thing we were able to ask a staff member where our room was since no one showed us where we can find it. There are several complexes within Splash Mountain area and I can rate that the Splash Suites is the best among the others: Splash Mountain Resort and Oasis hotel. If going to this resort, pick the one with the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Cleanliness rating is just fair since I saw a cockroach in the room and there is a scent similar to drainage water in the room. It was tolerable but another discriminating guest will probably find it unacceptable. Kudos to the food attendant named Mhel since he was very attentive to our dining needs. You will need more employees like him. Overall, I rate the hotel a 3 over 5 with 5 being the highest rate.

i enjoyed my stay, totally relaxing. They do require you to print your voucher. I was used to just showing the reservation through my phone... that was the only inconvenience. Food was ok but not great...there are better eats outside the hotel actually.

シャワーがまったく出ない”

３部屋を予約。スプラッシュ・マウンテンの敷地内にある複数のホテルの受付を、ゲート近くの事務所で一括して行うことになっていたが、そういったことの表示はどこにもないのでしばらく敷地内をウロウロ。加えて受付の女性スタッフの要領が悪いこともあり、結局、チェックイン手続きが１時間近くもかかった。室内は全般的に清潔ではあるが、３部屋のうち一部屋はシャワーが出なく水道の水をバケツにためて利用、もう一部屋はシャワーは出るが水道は出ない、そして私が宿泊した部屋はシャワーも水道も出ない。部屋に入ったらすぐにチェックしておくべきという教訓を得た。

Hotelik taki sobie. Brudnawo. Sniadanie, mimo ze sie staraja - nijakie. Obok publicznie dostępne baseny z wodą termalną. Jak zwykle tłoczno i głośno. Wi-fi w pokoju nie działa. Można próbować na zewnątrz- ale też bez wielkich sukcesów. Masaż zamówiony do pokoju- wykonywany przez bardzo leciwą masażystkę, które co rusz ksztusi się i sprawia wrażenie jakby zaraz miała zemdleć. Jedyna zaleta to basenik z wodą termalną w pokoju z jacuzzi. Przyjemne....
