You will not have a lot of choices in this area, so you may as well book at SPM. At least you are in the city. Try to ask for a quit room, the main road is hellishly loud from very early in the morning. Thai breakfast.

Just ok”
Booked double bed and received twin bed. Got 1st floor room although I checked in very early ... after complaining moved to 5fl. Room is very basic , even without kettle. Shower and toilet were a bit stinky . Staff allow me check out untill 13:00 which was helpful.

Poor management”
Very unkind treatment toward guest. Lots of ants. Very noisy such like dog barking sound, loud music sound from drinking bars,and heavy truck running sound. They charge when you broke a glass or cup which should be consumable items.

Nice place good location if you have a car”
The room was clean and nice. The WiFi worked on my daughters phone but I could not get the log in seen to pop up. The van stop to and from Bangkok is a short walk from the hotel. There is a Tesco Lotus across the street with MK, The Pizza Place, KFC, and other resturants. This is located near my friend's house, so it was conveniently located.

Clean & friendly, good position. ”
Room was nice size with balcony, both room & bathroom were spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly & helpful although spoke little English. Tesco lotus & 7/11 are both close by & also access to mini vans for Bangkok. I was dissapointed to find no access to satellite (English speaking) channels available despite the huge satellite dish positioned below my balcony & a kettle would have been a useful item. However, it was a pleasant enough stay at the hotel & I would use again if in Bo Win.

Excellent value for money in Amata/ KMK area”
Good sized room, relatively modern, clean, and with all the basics, offering excellent value. 2 minute walk to Tesco Lotus with it's various offerings. Short drive to Amata if you're there on business, or to KMK if you're there to run the trails like I was. No complaints really.

OK Shortstay Business Hotel”
This is an OK short stay business hotel if you have business on one of the many nearby industrial estates. Its relatively clean and comfortable and good value. Don't expect 3,4 or 5 star facilities and service and you won't be disappointed. Would stay again if in the area on business.

Useless staff, ridiculous breakfast and noisy rooms”
Dogs barking all night keep you awake. On the other side traffic keeps you awake. None of the staff speek any English (despite being in an area full og business travelers) and have a real problem with their attitude. The breakfast is ridicilously lousy. This hotel is based on saving costs with no intention of creating happy visitors.
