The room cleanliness was totally out, bed linen with stern mark/dirty, very old furnitures/broken bedframe. The reception staffs were not being attentive and responsive. Pls be extra careful with them too, there are not just a reception staffs but also fraudster/tricksters, always hv an idea in mind to get extra money from guests
