once i step into the room, i feel want to go immediately. very strong smokes smell, the toilet is sharing and not clean. there is a RM3 charges while you get the key and without mention for any purposes

BAD STAFF ATTITUDE”
This is my third visit actually. First and secodn time was okay. But on my third visit, new staff was at the counter. Staf attitude was very vad. They are so noisy. The girl who arw working at the counter was so noisy make the hotel like her house lol. Even at night she and her friend (male) making loud at the counter and receiption and it makes the other cannot sleep. While cooking, they cook like at their home. So loud lol.

We booked the hotel on agoda for rm62 Inc tax and fees. when we check in they ask for another Rm12 for cleaning service or whatever. So bad so we had to pay more. Can get other better hotel with this kind of price on agoda.
