Amazing staff”
From the moment I arrived the staff at the hotel were amazing. To begin, my flight was early so I was there at 0900. I asked them if I can do early check in and they made it happen. I was there for three days, and two of those days was Chinese New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. I told them I wanted to sight see during check in and before I headed out after dropping my bags in the room they stopped me and told me they wanted to call to make sure all the places I wanted to go were open. They really outdid themselves when they were able to get me a taxi at 0400 to airport on Chinese New Year’s Day!! I was trying to get a grab or even pay for a car to come pick me up but because of New Year’s Day majority of the people were not working. I was beyond impressed with their customer service. They genuinely cared about what I wanted to do and help me maximize my time there. There are an awesome group of people.

Short notice stay for one night. The wait staff at hotel desk provided me with room upgrade and it was very nice. Large bed, balcony and we'll appointed bathroom. Nice street view from balcony allowed you to enjoy the old quarter. Breakfast was included with fresh food and made to order omelettes with all the fixings. Wanted to save the best for last. Front staff was great. I said I was doing an early check out and she said she could have a breakfast package waiting if I liked. It was not needed but Comun (Thank you) anyway. Also I ordered a grab car with the help of the front desk and because it was taking so long for the car to arrive, she cancelled it and got a grab that was a minute away. Great service, great location and I will be back. Forgot to mention a great price.

Great value and location!”
If you are staying in the Old Qtr you need look no further. This is a great value hotel if you are travelling on a modest budget. The room is great with everything you need. It had a very comfortable Queen size bed, great air con, a beautiful shower and the wifi never let me down. In terms of location, you are a short walk from all the restaurants and bars. The staff are lovely and the service as competent and fast as i've seen anywhere in the world. I will absolutely stay there again.

Above and beyond ”
The staff are simply the BEST!! They were friendly and super helpful, and when we had a medical emergency they went Above and beyond in help my wife and I, especially when we had to rearrange our plan at the last minute, they helped us rebook dates call taxis find hospitals. Amazing work. Thank you so much! The rooms where very nice, big, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is in the centre of the old district so it easy to walk to everything.

Comfortable hotel, very very good value for money”
Had a really enjoyable stay here, everything was so comfortable. Stayed 3 nights here at the end of my Vietnam trip, pretty tired from all the walking and sight visits, and I’m really glad to have booked this place it was perfect for a relaxing end to a trip. Clean room, warm showers, comfortable bed, good location. Totally would recommend this to friends, absolute value for money.

This is a good place to stay. We stayed 17 nights and rate the hotel highly for the following reasons. We found the staff to be professional and friendly. The reception staff were always welcoming, good communicators, informed and very efficient. The dining room team prepared and maintained a cooked buffet with something different every morning as well as making eggs, pancakes and noodle soup to order. They were calm and steady to keep things moving smoothly. The housekeeping was efficient, clean and friendly. The door men were helpful with the bags on arrival and departure. The hotel is in a very good location in the old quarter and within a comfortable walk to the lake and the wholesale and night markets. There are good eating options along the street and within easy walking distance nearby, and the streets all around are uniquely Hanoi. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed, and the hotel overall was comfortable to stay in. We would happily stay again....a good place.

The hospitality at this hotel is wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Although the rooms are small, they are comfortable and quiet, and the free breakfast was absolutely wonderful and had so many options! The location can't be beat as the hotel is right in the heart of the old quarter. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The customer service at this hotel was great! Phuong at the reception was very friendly every day when I met her. She was always willing to show me some of the best places in Hanoi and her English is very good as well! The wifi was strong as well. I could get reliable Team calls to my colleagues from the room. Stayed here for 3 nights. The location is perfect - right smack in the middle of old Quarter with everything in walking distance; The room is spacious and the breakfast buffet is more than sufficient. Staff speaks fluent english and can help you with your itinerary. They are very friendly and accommodating - from the bell boy to the front desk, and restaurant. Staying in this hotel makes my first time in Hanoi a memorable one. Would highly recommend.

Good location with friendly & helpful staff”
Honestly loved this hotel among the others during our stay in Hanoi. Great location in Old Quarter as you can easily find restaurants nearby, shops and so. I'd really like to give a thumb up for their staff service! We planned to check out early next day around 5am, and the staff asked us if we need breakfast(breakfast included from 6am-11am). They packed the breakfast for us so that we could fill our stomachs during our car trip!

Would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and colleagues. The staff are so hospitable and kind to foreigners. The value for money is excellent as well, the hotel rates are cheap yet very cozy to stay with. Most of the tourist spots are walking distance from the hotel as well. The free buffet breakfast is excellent as well, I would suggest to add more local food (optional).

Beautiful room, bathroom and balcony. Great location - noise from the streets did not bother us at all. A curtain rod fell on me while I was trying to draw the curtains open, fortunately the staff was amazingly quick to respond and attend to fixing it right away. Every employee we came across during our stay was smiling, always warm and very accommodating. I would definitely come back!

Perfect hotel for Budget stay ”
This hotel was located in the market, hence very near to all the shopping, touristic destinations. The receptionists were also very kind and extremely helpful as they had given us colour coded map of where to go to in Hanoi. The rooms were okay but can't complain much because of the service and price at which they offer
