Manager would never return my call I”
Location
No good over charged 616.00 run my debit card six time with different amount so bank but hold on my card. I ask the manager to call bank to let them know I was overcharged and the bank called him 5 times and would not call bank back I could not use my debit card all weekend. Did not get to take kids to do things due to me not able to use my debit card. It was frozen due to suspicious activity manager would not call and let them know so they would take the frezze off my account. Every time I talked to the front desk they would say he or she would cal. As of today they never called Poor management if you ask me. It was not a pleasant stay. Kitchen lady very nice Linda and they young boy was very nice. You need to check in on your management team business will not last with bad management team. Bank too the Freeze off today after I went to bank they said they left message for manager to.call but he never called. I started asking Friday Am and when we left today manager never called poor service.
