Best accommodation in Phetchabun town”

We have stayed here several times over the years. The rooms are clean and spacious. We love the outlook over the fields or the city. The pool is amazing, as is the restaurant. The menu is extensive and your meal comes quickly even though it is always very busy with locals as well as hotel guests. Breakfast is 10/10. We will keep coming back to SR Residence as it is a great base for us when we are in Phetchabun to visit family.

Nice modern hotel lovely pool area with restaurant. Plenty of parking and situated in open surroundings view of sun rise over the mountains from our room . Well worth a look.

good 1 night stay”

We stayed 1 night before going to Khao koh. Rooms have good size, comfort bed and good shower. Nice view of rice fields and mountains from the balcony. Some good restaurants in walking distance.. We enjoyed lunch at the Isan restaurant across the road... There is also good restaurant and live shows around the swimming pool of the hotel.

A very clean Hotel”

New and well positioned just off route 21. The staff were very helpful and professional. Everything one needs from a hotel is provided. The restaurant served good food at a reasonable price.

Mountain View Reservation - DECLINED”

Booked on Agoda a "Mountain View". Went to check in and hotel stated that this request was not stated. What? It's shown on Agoda's description for which room can be booked. Lesson learned: write every single detail otherwise risk disappointment.

It's going down more and more”

We have been here often times. But it's going down more and more. Many things broken or scratchedin the room, specially bathroom. Breakfast no more refill after 9am. Worst Coffee I ever had. Unfriendly staff, special male staff. Unacceptable loud music at the pool bar. This was the last time we have been here. There are more nice hotels nearby.

The food that we ordered was cold by the time we got it. The fried rice was cold and not even warm enough. Food took so long when ordered. The kitchen facility is far away from the restaurant by the pool. Menus are pricey
