Staff don't speak hindi or english thus any complaints go unheard. ”
We booked a room with 2 single and 1 king size bed but on arrival were told it was not available. It was a matter of take or leave it as no communication was possible due to a common hindi or english language. No soap or shampoo is provided thetefore guests are advised to bring their own. I feel we didn't get value for money as the room was too small for 2 beds, and hardly any room to sit except on beds. If you are a group of more than two persons the room is not suitable.

At checking in the staff asked me to put down a deposit of 2000 rupees which I stupidly did, they provided a receipt. At checking out they tried to charge my card for the balance. With the cash problems in India at that time they blatantly tried to leave us without any cash. One clever way not to declare money! They told me they did not have the deposit I gave them in cash, and I told them I needed my deposit back in order to pay the taxi fare to the airport - as a deposit means it should be returned to the guest. Only when I picked up my bag and was about to leave without paying they magically found 2000 rupees. Rooms are ok but smell of urinals Security guard more on alert to stare at you as you come out of your room than keeping you safe. No restaurant in the hotel. Be prepared for a 7am wake up call from the cleaning and gardening staff shouting as they do their chores.

Clean hotel out of the centre.”
The rooms were clean and spacious. The shower head sprayed water in every direction except onto your head. Lots of mosquitoes in the hallway in the evening. Front desk was very disorganized and didn't even knew if we had paid or not. Staff were not very friendly or helpful.
