Clean comfy new hotel”
We booked this hotel just for a place to sleep after a tiring long journey. We only stayed for 6 hours. Hotel is clean and above a cafe. Ample parking space at night. Its a new hotel so its clean and comfortable. Near to aeon maluri and lrt maluri. Only problem was that we were travelling with a baby and arrived late at night and when we tried to check in, the staff said d room with double bed that we booked was not available and replaced us with twin bed. We had to manually push the bed close so that our baby wouldnt fall. No lift at the hotel either so avoid bringing large luggage. All in all, its a clean new budget hotel.

the hotel is newly operate with less than 2 month, all equipment is complete and new. there is a coffee house at ground floor which provide free coffee voucher for all hotel tenant, and food is nice too. friendly staff give good respond. in the commercial area, near to Jusco and IKEA.

friendly staff, clean hotel, gud value of money and near to my training centre.for muslims, you must know where is kiblat for praying in the room.and there have very nice café at the ground floor.unlucky me,it was not halal (the cake look delicious!)

The room that was provided was dirty. The stuff provided me the room that looked like being used by other people before my check in. The bed was dirty and untidy. The toilet was sucks as there was still shit there. As i arrived late, the staff seems have being gave my room to other people before my arrival. The smell of cigarates all over the room. As the room provided sucks me, i need to find other hotel in the town and it cost me. Conclusion, i was not very happy with the room provided and the hotel should not be exist at all. Service provided like shit 😡

Worst customer service ever”
Provide more than one iron as your facilities. Seriously only one iron for the entire building? Your housekeeping really not helpful and she just told me she couldnt take care of all the customers. That is your job fyi. I waited almost 4 hours with no update then my friend have to come over and bring me the iron. I am truly dissapointed.
