terrible - did not take responsibility for no room”

I booked 3 months before and had paid in full. we arrived at 9pm, we have to get up at 3am to do a marathon. all rooms are full (about 5 in total) . no one to explain why, no one answers phone. I am stuck in middle of nowhere. we had no where to stay, we are tired and angry. still there is no explanation from agoda or compensation, just refund.

We hired both the two bedroom house and one of the 1 bedroom rooms. We stayed for 3 nights. In the 2 bedroom house, the power kept going off when we had a shower because it couldn't handle the load of the aircon going and the shower going. Also, the aircon couldn't cool more than the bedroom so the living areas and bathrooms were like ovens. In the 1 bedroom room, there was an issue with the hot water - it was switched off or something and it took until the last day to get this fixed properly.

C'est vraiment chouette.”

L'emplacement sur Google n'est pas la bonne. C'est juste à côté. Mais personne ne connaît cette rue. Si vous ne trouvez pas. Garez votre véhicule à l'emplacement de Google map et cherchez à pied. La grande route est en sens unique il faut faire des km pour revenir au point de départ.... Cordialement.

很值得住的一間民宿！因為是當地社區所以很安靜沒什麼觀光客！我們很喜歡！房間和設施很新！比照片漂亮～ Google上地圖不正確～建議要先Google " Pering River View Estate"騎經過閘門和警衛室找G1門票（第G區1號）在最後一道的最後一間～住宿地點要自己有交通工具比較適合！附近的景點都是要開車會騎車才會到～我們自己租了摩托車所以地理位置對我們來說去哪都方便！
