The stay is located between some random buildings, there is no good view or anything. 15000 charged for this kind of stay is too much. It is worth only for 7000 or 8000. It is just like some random Apartment.

The owner was really helpful. He allowed me to checkin 2 hours early. The location was good - lush green forests, calm, quiet. Food was really lovely - homemade and delicious.
Room did not have proper ventilation. Although we used our room only for sleeping - had AC and was good.

Pros: The property is surrounded with plants. so much varieties of plants and they have maintained it well. For Anthophiles, this place is a heaven. The rooms were also very clean.
Cons: The swimming pool which they highlighted in their stay name itself was not at all clean. The owner was not available at the property because of some personal reasons which is acceptable but the housekeeping lady who was held responsible only speaks Kannada but fortunately she understands Malayalam. so we were having some trouble there in communication

Everything was great. The food was especially good and the owner was very helpful. Only problem was no wifi in room but phone internet was working properly. Would highly recommend this property for a chilled out stay. They have a pool and a garden and the food and service are great. There was one good table in the garden where you can work (without wifi). Need some good tables in room for a workation experience. Still 10/10 for a 2 day weekend getaway.

Excellent stay at Srinikethana Homestay”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Srinikethana Homestay. At the outset I would like to highlight that the hospitality offered by Harish and Soumya was amazing. We didn’t feel anything was missing as everything was available. Rooms were awesome and very clean. The sitting area outside provides you with a serene experience in night as the surrounding is extremely calm. Talking about food, this was the key highlight of our stay. Firstly home cooked food on a vacation is a treat and to top it up delicious and full of taste makes it even more relishing. All in all it’s a brilliant property with no issues.
