Hotel staff is great, Hotel needs makeover.”
The staff was tremendous, however the hotel is in need of updating and repairs. The rooms were not well kept and showed some age. We chose this hotel because we stayed there on our first visit to Nakhonratchasima over 15 years ago.

Very pleasant hotel to stay”
I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff could not speak English but were very nice and helpfull. Very beautiful hotel with nice and confortable room. The only negative point would be the location... A little bit far from the city center and it's not always easy to find a moto-taxi. Bur overall, very pleasant hotel!

Old but good”
Tidy and clean with good staff. Breakfast was simple but ok. Was able to book a good and comfortable transfer at a good price from reception to Pattaya which was my next stop. Would not hesitate stay again.

A run down once majestic hotel”
This hotel would have been one of the grandest hotels in Thailand 30 years ago. Unfortunately it appears that since then not much has been spent maintaing the hotel. The room was freezing with no way to turn the aircon off. The shower was awful. I got nothing more than a very lukewarm dribble out of the shower. But despite this I slept ok and the staff were polite.

Disappointed ”
We booked a deluxe room and it was really poor even if it was standard. Plug sockets loose, dirty silicon around the bath, the shower and bath from the 1920,s and the air con unit positioned on 2 bricks. The swimming pool area was filthy. The hotel has so much potential but they seem to be letting it deteriate . The views from my room were stunning overlooking the city and it is really peaceful and the bed linen smelt really fresh and clean so although the room was disappointing I did have a great sleep

High cost for low comfort”
I booked this hotel because City Park Hotel was booked. I paid more for this hotel than I have at much nicer hotels, and there was a lot wrong with it. I paid extra to get a suite with a bathtub, but the water was only barely lukewarm. The shower head was installed so low that I could not shower standing up. You would have to be about 4 feet tall to be able to stretch the hand-held shower head far enough to wet your hair. There was also not a lot of light in the bathroom, just over the sink. There were no washcloths at all, only two medium sized blue towels. I could get the sink to turn on, but I had to fight it to get it off. It would just turn and turn without doing anything. I could not change the settings on the air conditioning, it just kind of ran at whatever temperature that it wanted to. There was a slider lock on the door, with loose screws. I ended up pushing furniture against the door in a small attempt at security. There were giant dead bugs in the room. I would not have minded any of this if the hotel was about $30 less. the worst room I have stayed in, ever. I would advise not staying at this hotel unless it is less than $20 (around 600 baht) a night.

Shabby, run down hotel”
The Sripattana is a shabby, run down hotel that badly needs a refurb.

Pleasant hotel”
Pleasant stay and good value for money. The hotel is centrally located, on the edge of the main shopping area. This means you can walk everywhere in the town. The pool is good, though the recliners are a bit old and hard. The internet worked well after the first night. Breakfast was fair but at 50 baht what do you expect!

Value for money”
I liked it here and would stay again. Location is across the street from the monkey bar. This hotel has old world charm. Spacious, clean, friendly, pool, bathtub, simple breakfast, bicycle to rent, Big TV few english channels. It is a bit of a walk from the bus station. Room is clean and comfortable.

Cheap price what you pay foryou get ”
Not much to say that was nice about the hotel. Maybe the best part was the restaurant with karaoke at night. Local singers line up to sing Thai folk songs. Even though I could understand nothing, some of them had nice voices and the food and beer was inexpensive. This failed to make up for the hotel's shortcomings which were numerous. The furniture was old and cheap. When I would return to the room there would often be a small chameleon or gecko on the wall to greet me. It was difficult to get a taxi or tuk tuk. The breakfast was terrible.

Staff nice but Hotel worst.”
I don't know where to start! O.k. Had I not been with someone who knew the area I wouldn't have found it. Outside looks a bit dated till you get closer when it looks worse. Staff were nice and helpful. The room was dated hence only 2 sockets in room. Needs new windows. Bathroom was disgusting, the shower was awful(in with bath) I had stoop to my knees as the shower hose fitting was fixed at hip height and the hose wasn't long enough for me to stand and shower myself down. Sink taps were a 2 pipe fitting replaced by single type and holes filled in with white gunge. Cobwebs in bathroom. The socket in bathroom to plug my shaver in was where the light switch was at the door, so cable has to drape across the toilet. Had bath towels and no hand towels. At the entrance to bathroom the floor wooden flooring was rotten which they tried a temporary fix then hidden with a mat. Double bed wobbly. My recommendation go to Grand Ever 9, similar price but far better.
