Value for money because of big room.. Fast check in and check out.. Have parking... Nearby to shopping area..better get tuk-tuk for shopping because difficult to find parking at town.. Staff can speak malay...so no issue in communication... We will stay here again if coming to Hat Yai...

Efforable,spacious and lovely hotel”
our room consist of 1 master bed and 1 single bed which was comfortable for 3 of us. they provide everything including the towel, mineral and soap. the service was fantastic eventhough they have trouble to speak in english..they are very helpful and most of them can speak malay..so, for those malaysian people, i really2 recomanded you to stay here.furthermore, this hotel was located near to the tourist attractions such as the floating market which sell all the halal food for muslims. there is also plenty of halal food around the hotel.other than that, its also near to the central plaza which sell all the afforable good from food, cloth, toys and etc.so check it out!!!

decent hotel and helpful staff, good service”
We had a real comfortable stay in this hotel .eventhough the hotel location is about 5 minutes drive to the heart of Hadyai city, it is still convenient enough to shop at Robinson stores and Odean shopping complex and restaurants. We like most is the polution free environment and a reasonable hotel rates.

The hotel is quite new.Room is very spacious.Satelit tv woth most channel, manage to watch UCL Final in the room during stay. Free drinking water bottle daily. The location is quite far, around 1.3km to Lee Gardens. Tuk-tuk rode cost 20baht per person.

Great hotel with spacious rooms,however the hotel is not located in the center of Hatyai town. Have to rely on the tuk-tuk to go to the central market, Big C, etc. Can see stains on the bed sheets even though it is washed and clean. Wash room walls are not very clean and they only supply soap bar and no shampoo for your hair wash.

picked this hotel thinking it was in a quiet area, but there was a bar right apposite and i was unfortunate to get the room facing it. Cover bands/karaoke singers would be singing until around 1am. there was no tea making facility inside the rooms. we had to go down to the lobby to get water (hot water) from the water dispenser. but they were nice enough to provide 2 bottles of water every day. Wifi was strong in our room (very happy). room was a little old and dirty, especially the toilet. you can tell that the tiles and door has seen better days. staff was kind and tried very hard to help us although not knowing much english. an A for effort.

Music and songs till 0100hrs from the open air pub opposite the hotel can be heard from the hotel room. Bed sheets are not not so clean and can see stain marks on them. Washroom walls and edges have stains and only soap bar is supplied and no hair shampoo. The staff are friendly and willing to help but speak very little english. Need to ride the tuk-tuk if you need to do some shopping and market. Tuk-tuk will cost 20 bahts per person to go to the market.

Little bit far from city, but easy to get transport. Hotel name in thailand word difficult for tourist get know the hotel. Opposite hotel was restaurant and had karaokay system, thus unable had quite room when guest want to sleep.

Eateries around the hotel, of which there are not too many close quite early. Need a car or take a TukTuk for 30baht to centre about 7 mins away. 7-Eleven 2 minutes walk from hotel to get drinks and snacks.

overall it is a good hotel with nothing much to complaint about,hotel itself evidently had some history on it..that means some of the furniture and facility were not that new,but what you get is what you pay.though the location of the hotel is less ideal compare to lots of other newer hotel near the city center which charge a little bit more.
