Superb location”
Located on St George Lycabbetus hill the hotel is near Kolonaki with its shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely hotel.
Lovely”
St. George is a lovely hotel. The rooms are large, the pool is terrific and the food delicious. Both their breakfast and dinner.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind words and the super 5 star rating. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed your recent stay, and we hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again in the near future, Kindest regards, The Management Team
Great Location. Stunning Views.”
Great stay. Out of the main city yet in easy walking distance. Amazing Views of the Acropolis by day & night. Large swimming pool on top balcony. Fine dining is also available. Walk down too up market shops & cafes, easy access into Central Athens. This Hotel is rated 5-stars so your are paying for it. No Breakfast allowance & no free in room internet is a little disheartening for the cost of the room itself. These are straight forward options that should be inclusive when looking at the room rate.
Lovely location and views”
Modern hotel in a peaceful and yet central part of Athens. The service is good and the rooftop swimming pool and bar area provide a respite from the heat of the Greek summer. There are great views of the Acropolis from the rooms and a bar-restaurant. It is walking distance from Plaka and the historic part of Athens.
fantastic location with friendly and helpful staff”
Very comfortable. Will stay there again when I next come to Athens! I loved the area of Kolonaki.
Can’t beat location! Rooftop views to die for! Great breakfast and cool pool area! ”
Location is unbeatable! Kolonaki is the chic locals spot with less crazy tourists. Nice cafes, shops and restaurants. About 20 min. walk to Monastiraki/Plaka and Acropolis. Been coming to this hotel for 20 years and it’s still my fav. Rooftop restaurant and bar is gorg. Some rooms are nicer/bigger than others. Corner rooms best.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind words, recommendation, and greatly valued repeat custom. We are are delighted to know that you enjoyed your recent stay, and we hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again in the near future, Kindest regards, The Management Team
One of Athens better hotels”
Not bad for an Athens hotel. Not quite sure if its really 5 star. Its well positioned for a brisk walk to the nice cafes and good shopping area of the city.Very close to the gallery and war museum.
our honeymoon at Athen”
Its a nice hotel. clean and great spot. you definitely want to spend a little more to see the view of the acropolis from your window. its worth it. also its not a far walk to the acropolis 30 mins or to Plaka 20 mins (shopping and restaurants). The room is little small but its workable. when you walk out from the hotel there are alot of restaurants and shops nearby. only thing is the hotel is uphill. but overall is great.
View of acropolis at breakfast is wonderful. Well appointed rooms with lovely beds and aircon.”
Absolutely the only hotel to stay in in Athens.

nice hotel and location ”
I stayed 5 nights. . I enjoyed them all ... the location of the hotel was amazing close to everything 10 minutes walking from the city centre ..25 minutes by car from the airport. large room, good size bathroom andcomfortable bed.
Best Hotel !”
No Cons....I honestly will say this is best Hotel cause of Staff being very very friendly and helpful. I recommend one thing to get room facing Acropolis.
Overpriced unless you get the view”
The rooms are very small and they have tried to play the 'boutique' angle to justify the price you pay. You struggle to go past the bed to the balcony. If you do not get the view it is not worth it. At the time when I stayed in Dec there was construction across the rooms without a view and had to be changed as you could not get a lie in past 7am. Location of course is good but overall it is overpriced (even with the view).
Romantic Getaway”
We loved the hotel so much that we will definitely stay there again and recommend it to all our friends.
The best for location and view!”
If talking about the views Hotel can offer, this might be 1 of the best around. Anyway, staffs are just normal and nothing special. Probably the best for breakfast, lunch, and dinner because of the stunning view but not really-really have to stay
Brilliant facilities up a steep hill”
Pros: location for scenic views, friendly reception staff apart from one man. Great outdoor pool area. Clean and quiet rooms. Cons: up a steep hill but is good exercise and you can stop off at a coffee shop on the way.
Charming Athens”
....beautiful Location, charming People, beautiful view out of the room with Akropolis, delicous dinner with athmosphere

5 star view but absolutely not 5 star hotel”
The hotel room panoramic had a nice view in part but wasn't panoramic as we looked on both sides at apartment buildings ( level2) Room was very very tired with old furniture in bad condition, peeling wall paper and stain on walls - zero sound proofing, we had to introduce ourselves at 4 am to the group of young men returning home from a night out as it was like they were sitting at the end of our bed Bathroom whilst renovated was badly designed with new spa shower head sending water onto floor meaning every time you soaked the towels on floor- if that's 5 star I would be terrified to click and book a three star in Greece Roof top pool views and Resturant views were awesome of Greece and accropolis but pricey, 7 euros for 200 ml of Coke for example and 14 euros for a Jim beam Do t have a problem paying a bill- but if you say 5 star and charge like five star it should be five star- not three star

Good but ”
Nice and quiet hotel but the rooms are small like most European hotels close to the city center high reception staff were very slow in the process of entering the hotel is not worth the 5 stars I think it should be rated a 3-star hotel and a half
Stay at St George”
My stay was excellent a little out of the way as far as location, however staff was amazing, very accommodating. Pricey yet service was good. Amazing view from my Acrolpolis suite.
3 to 4 star hotel ”
I was disappointed in the rooms. The rooms do not feel like you are in a five-star hotel. The television set is very small and rooms seemed old. My view was horrible overlooking a building that was being renovated. Definitely not value for money and not what I anticipated for a 5 star hotel. It could pass for 3 or 4 star hotel.
