Small rooms, but adequate
If you're planning on hanging out in your room for any extended period of time, this isn't the place for you. The room was small and somewhat cramped with no place to easily open up your luggage, for example, especially with 4 people in the room. Breakfast was quite good though. Some distance from the Underground but not too bad. Room was clean, bathroom good but no trash can other than tiny one in bathroom. Beds comfortable. Room was rather stuffy and could get hot (we were in the basement level) even though it wasn't particularly hot outside.

No lift - I was put on top floor- 81 steps
Nice and helpful staff
OK - location good although staff has no idea about public transport - there is a bus about 2 minutes walk from the hotel going to the West End. Breakfast was more than enough, very nice staff. Too hot in room although I have turned off the central heating, cannot open window .

Well kept and conveniently located.
Price, breakfast, comfortable room.
Unfortunately no lift so it was a struggle to climb the steep stairs up to my room on the fourth floor with my baggage. Otherwise excellent for the price (£34.78 single) in central London. English breakfast was very good.

Stayed for 4 nights
Decent breakfast, located in quiet neighborhood, sufficient basic amenities in room
Overall less than great. 1. Sheets were not changed over couple of days - this is not typical of any 3-star hotels. 2. Room is basic with signs of recent refurbishment but bed / pillows badly needs to be changed. We can feel the springs of the bed on our backs just by gentle tossing - very bad for people with back issues. 3. Room is very small, but since this is London it is a given.

reasonable price and good facilities
price, location, facilities
It was impressive(reflecting the price)they offered qualified breakfast. The radiator was fully operating so i could not feel any coldness in the room(even hot). Location and public security was fine.
