Supherb location but poor maintenance
location, size of apartment
The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the River. Its location next to the tube station with a mini mart on site was very convenient Takes us just minutes to reach town centre. However the maintenance was poor. The door knob came off in our hands when we entered the apartment. Pieces of the window blinds dropped off during our stay. The water heater broke down twice during our 1 week stay. The 1st time, it was fixed on the same day but the 2nd time they couldn't come to fix it in time for us to have our bath before we depart for our flight. We filed a complaint and were offered a 10% refund on our room rates which we accepted.

Nunca apareció tuve que alquilar un hotel de último momento espero reintegren el dinero
Aviso el último día antes de llegar que el departamento no estaba en condiciones dio otra dirección nunca apareció gaste 50 libras en taxi y termine en un hotel cuando llegue a mi país denunciare

Agoda hizo mal la reserva
A pesar de contratar tres adultos con Agoda, ellos no lo comunicaron a la central de reservas y solo teniamos una cama de matrimonio. Nadie resolvio nuestro problema. Nos devolvieron un 10%. Tendremos q pagar al fisio del adulto q durmio en una colchoneta hinchable q compramos nosotros. Nadie nos facilito ningun tipo de colchon. El apartamento esta muy bien, sobre todo la cocina. A un minuto del metro. Lo malo es q hay mucho ruido de trafico de la calle, no se puede estar con la ventana abierta y es caluroso en verano. Tambien entra mucho luz desde las 5 de la mañana. Para personas q no conzcan la ciudad y esten poco tiempo. El edificio precioso Al personal no lo vimos en ningun momento

FANTASTICO
MODERNIDAD, CALIDAD Y SITUACIÓN
El apartamento es de recién construcción, todo muy moderno y limpio, no le falta de nada. Además, tiene 2 habitaciones, 2 baños y un salón grande, que hace la estancia muy cómoda. El supermercado y transportes esta muy cerca. Tuvieron el detalle de ir a buscarnos hasta el metro y no nos pidieron ni tarjeta, ni justificantes.. nada. Lo recomendaría 100%.

Appartment in guter Lage ohne Service
Das Appartment lag in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer U-Bahn-Station. Ein Supermarkt und Restaurants waren ebenfalls fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschi
Wir hatten ein Appartment mit einem Schlafraum gebucht für 3 Personen (war auch für bis zu 3 Personen ausgeschrieben). Natürlich sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass dann auch eine dritte Schlafmöglichkeit in Form eines Schlafsofas oder eines Zustellbettes vorhanden sein würde. Diese gab es allerdings nicht. Der junge Mann, von dem wir die Schlüssel erhalten haben, machte eine entsprechende Meldung ans "cleaning team". Von dort meldete sich am nächsten Tag eine Mitarbeiterin per Telefon und sagte zu, sich zu kümmern, sie wüsste aber nicht, ob es noch am selben Tag klappen würde. Danach passierte leider nichts mehr. Unser 15jähriger Sohn musste daher 5 Nächte auf dem Fußboden verbringen. Diese Erfahrung veranlasst uns leider dazu, St. Georges Wharf Serviced Apartments nicht weiterempfehlen zu können, auch wenn die Lage sehr gut war und die Ausstattung ansonsten auch in Ordnung.

Misforståelser
Leilighet var bestilt for 3 voksne. Det var skuffelse at vi måtte betale 20 pund for en ekstra seng for den 3. Peronen. En meget dårlig IKEA seng, som gir deg ryggsmerter. Check inn er bare mellom 3-8. Det står ingen steder. Om du sjekker inn mellom 8-11 pm, må du betale 50 pund ekstra! Etter det kan du ikke sjekke inn, og hvis flyet er forsinket, må du sove på gata!! Det burde stå på nettet før du bestiller! Personalet er raskt med å svare på mail men alt dreier seg om penger på forhånd.
