"OVERALL IS A GOOD HOTEL"
December 14, 2018
This modern property is conveniently located, with close proximity to the airport and easy access to the center of London. The property is just three miles from Terminal 4 and there is also a public bus with a stop across the street. The bus runs every 15 minutes for 24 hours every day. The Feltham mainline rail is 200 yards from the property. In addition, a selection of shops, fast food outlets, restaurants, and a cinema are all within easy walking distance.
Guests can also indulge in some savoring cuisines at Hugo's Restaurant. For late night owls, the property also provides vending machines on some floors to satisfy late-night cravings. St Giles Heathrow – A St Giles Hotel is undoubtedly a fantastic choice for guests who need to be close to the airport, but still have some spare time to explore London.

Uncomfortable to stayin”
airconditioned doesnt work and room was so humid! they tried their best to do anything like open the window and gave electric fan.. waste of time and money to stay in for a night. staff are very good, friendly and accomodating.
Late booking great service”
It was a last minute booking. Great price and the staff allowed me free parking on arrival. Room was upgraded and was very clean and comfortable with great facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful, both at 11pm and 6am!! Very convenient for Heathrow airport too. Highly recommended!

OVERALL IS A GOOD HOTEL
Clean room, friendly staff and breakfast is good and more choices.
More than just good, Well worth a visit.”
Smart , modern, well laid out Hotel, Clean & tidy, Easy access from M25, M4. . City of London is very Easy, a Walk to the Near by Railway Station & Fast Train to the City for a few days of sight seeing Old London. (Feltham-Waterloo 24mins) The Restaurant Staff were very very good. and The Reception Staff were Top Quality performers . The Car Park is worth the Small fee to use as you can come and go easy , as you please, Rooms were very well presented, Smart tidy and clean, and any problems were sorted by the staff very fast, I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed, I personally don't expect much from a Hotel, any hotel, as I'm a hands on, take life as it comes guy, But at the St Giles they treat you like a VIP no matter who you are. and are truly concerned that your stay with them is the best.. --WELL RECOMENDED--
St Giles ”
Good holiday - reasonably priced - a good location, with easy access to the airport, trains to London in 25 mins - staff friendly and helpful - there is a restaurant on site, food is of a good standard - also conveniently placed for Twickenham Rugby and trains to Windsor in 20 minutes
weekend business stay”
hotel booked as usual through this app. hotel price was exceptional and for the quality couldn't be beaten. station close by and local shops. hotel also has a large carpark so arriving late doesn't mean no space and it is secure. Usual london car parking price. Hotel had small issue with booking but quickly resolved and gave complimentary services to compensate. breakfast was early even on a sunday which is good. overall very good and will be back.
Enjoyable and close to central London”
My husband and I really enjoyed it. We always try to avoid staying in Central London as we do not want to pay for the congestion fee and parking is difficult and expensive. We used to stay in Edgware Premier Inn, because of the "free parking" but it was too far from the tube station. So we've decided to stay here with our friends, and even though there isn't a tube station nearby, it was like a 2 min walk to the overground train station which takes you to Central London in 30 mins. The staff were very helpful... We get complimentary bottled water, which is really nice. Breakfast is good. The staff in the restaurant always makes sure that everything is okay with every person. One of them made sure that we carried the plates with a napkin so that it wasn't too hot. Aww.. The receptionists were nice and helpful as well... The Filipino guy was patient with all our questions and favors, and all the rest were also just really patient and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel especially if you have a car coming out of London, and want to stay near London that is accessible with a car park.
comfortable room, spacious and clean”
After more than 15 hours journey in to Heathrow, we were happy to check in to a comfortable sizeable and clean room for a good nite sleep. We even managed to drive to a 24 hours TESCO outlet to buy some of our basic needs and toiletries. However, the hotel charged internet connection.
Good location and reasonable price”
A recent stay of 2 nights in Early December was excellent value in the executive room which gave an additional lounge room in addition to the bedroom giving superb space for working at desk with sitting room comfort afterwards. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and allowed me to leave my car in the Car Park whilst using the train into the City on 2 successive days. This made my business meetings very convenient.
Great location, reasonable sized room”
Room condition is good for the price. However, I asked for double room but provided with twin bed and the beds keep moving apart. Can't control the room temperature, a bit chilly at night, the inner window can't lock properly, just push shut.
We enjoyed our stay in St. Giles Hotel near Heathrow. It is very accessible to the train station which is only walking distance from the hotel. The staff were friendly and there were shops and restaurant nearby. The only comment, the room was not warm and we felt very cold.
Lovely Hotel with specious rooms”
Generally speaking, I enjoyed my stay in St. Gile hotel, room is clean and large. its a safe and secure hotel. close to Felthem train station, and 10 minutes drive to Heathrow airport. Few things i did not like about the hotel, Wifi is expensive. also when i needed a scale to weigh my bags there was not any at all, even in the gym room!
I arrived at the hotel earlier than normal check-in hour but could get the room immediately. The room was actually spacious with comfy beds. The bathroom was clean and. the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The Distance from Heathrow Airport was much further than mentioned on the website.
Hotel is large with good parking near a train station and great bus connections. Just down the road over the railway bridge is a shopping centre and quite a few resturants like Nandos, Frankie and Bennys etc for food. A lot of people are arriving on coaches at this hotel so reception was busy but lots of friendly staff. Room itself was fine a little out dated and grubby round the edges bathroom was in need of seeing a bottle of bleach becuse the grout was a bit grey/black in places but it was superficially clean. I would stay here again no problems. There are vending machines for essentials like beer, water and snacks on every floor outside the lifts which I thought was a nice touch.
The hotel was situated at a very convenient location and easy to catch a bus as well as a train. The hotel room was very clean and the restaurant food was excellent especially the hot bun during breakfast time. Check in was very fast and easy. The staffs are very helpful.
The hotel is located very close to the airport. It has a bus station close enough so that its guests can save on money and take the public transportation back and forth to the airport. Very convenient! The room is nicely prepared for each guest. However, there is a lack of accessories provided in the bathroom, such as hand soap and shampoo. Thank you for the wake up call. I would have missed my flight if the hotel did not wake me up (due to jet lag). Thank you again for the warm welcome.
st giles hotel ”
The hotel is situated about 3 miles from the airport. It cost me 12 pounds by taxi (night rate) to get there. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Hotel is within walking distance to a nice pub, shops.
