“Convenient Cosy and Comfortable”
I stayed here with a friend and my 10yr old for around 5 nights. The apartment was on the 1st floor. Very warm and cosy the atmosphere in the room. The outdoor little patio is carpeted for comfort I assume from the chilly weather. A beautiful big bedroom with a king bed and a single bed in the loungeroom area. Wifi wasn't the best but we made due and it was better than nothing. Cleaners came in daily to remove trash and make beds. As our days were full from morning to evening we didn't see any staff which is fine, so I have no review on staff members. However they helped out with afterhours check in and had details and keys ready for when we arrived. Process was smooth and everything was easy. Location the place is so close to restaurants, shops, and anything you need. Easily accessible to everything. Price was affordable as well. Probably one of the cheaper stays around Queenstown that I saw before making this booking. If anyone is wondering about the elevator, it's in working order now, although it is faster to use the stairs. Didn't use laundry facilities, but there is a small drying rack in the room in case you wanted to do some hand washing etc. Bathroom was large and heaters in bathroom and main living area. Definitely will come back again.
