Mostly great concept hotel”

The apartment was very nice and I was mostly please with the way itwas managed. I initially thought that serviced apartments refered to the fact that the rooms were cleaned every day but I was wrong and disappointed by this fact. I don't need someone to wash my dishes but clean towels and a made up bedatleast every second day would be nice. It is a bit irritating that the hotel can only be accessed on one underground line. While going to business destinations I had to change trains a lot. Overall a goodstay though and I'll probably stay there again now that I know what to expect.

Practical (apartment) option for the independent business traveller”

Had a 5 night business stay in London. Liked the idea of being close to Notting Hill and Shep's Bush, plus having the facilities to make tea/microwave - this place was the perfect option...."it's a 5 stars from me" :-)

Location excellent. ”

Location was excellent. Room was a good size and we were ground floor which was great. Bed was ok despite reviews, it was an IKEA foam base. It may have been a newer one recently replaced and it was comfortable for our 7 nights. There was a bit of noise from movement upstairs and the street it wasn't a big issue. Overall really impressed with the place and had a great stay. Communication with off site staff easy and emails, requests managed promptly.

Nice and comfortable”

Good stay. Liked the surrounding. The apartment was fully equiped. It was easy to cook in there which saved money on eating outside. The instructions given were very clear and precise so there was no problem of locating the place or checking in.

For a couple of days it's really nice, very central, clean and pretty apartment!

Great public transportation in London”

Would have appreciated knowing ahead of stay that we were booked into a basement apartment. Might have been willing to spend a bit more to have an apartment with a view.

Good location close to two Tube stations and plenty of restaurants. ”

Pros: good location, good communications with office for booking. Cons: apartment is very small and is not air conditioned and only has a tiny desk fan for cooling. On a hot night it would be nearly impossible to sleep as traffic noise would prevent leaving the window open.

Great location, great value”

The room was very clean and nicely appointed. I appreciated having laundry facilities in the building and a kitchenette. The location was a dream - walking distance to two metro stops and a Westfield Mall, easy bus access, very nice/safe neighborhood. However, the building is located near a busy intersection and our unit was on the ground floor, which meant it was noisy at all hours of the day. Additionally, the internet connection was extremely unreliable; I spent more time trying to fix the connection than actually being connected. The bed and mattress appeared to be IKEA, meaning the mattress was not confortable and the bed could have been no more than 18 in from the floor. Finally, the microwave door was broken and had to be held in position to be able to use the microwave.

Excellent location but not so great apartment”

No reception and is self check-in. Though instructions were clear on email, the door to apartment was locked and had to wait for 30 mins with luggage until help arrived. Rooms were not cleaned with higher frequency like daily or every alternate day but instead was weekly. Toiletteries provided were not adequate for stay. Kitchenette was good with all appliances working and all cutlery there. Standard studio is so so compact that I had to rebook myself to a deluxe one which is more spacious. So do not book the standard unless you are a single person and looking for a place to only sleep.. Bed was not comforable at all..

Great place”

Really good little studio - clean, small but simple kitchenette with microwave and kettle. SLightly odd having no receptionist, so you enter a code for the main door, then another code for a box with your key in it, but it works fine. Location is handy - near Shepherd’s Bush central line tube and Westfield shopping mall if that’s your thing.

Superb Location, cozy and Clean”

The place is superb and amazingly located, 5 miuntes walk to shepherds bush station and 7 minutes walk to Westfield mall which is really good. Highly Recommended ! Loved it

Great location ”

Great location. Smaller than I thought a deluxe option would be. A toaster would have been nice and extra cutlery and amenities. Decent value for money.

not a serviced apartment, a room rent?”

They clean your room only once in a 7 days and there`s no amenities except soap. The bed was in very poor condition, so I couldn`t sleep and the shower was extremely tiny. It is located 5mins walk to the Shepherd`s bush tube station and there`s a shopping center which opens untill 10 pm. Easy to access most of the main attractions. There`s no check in/out process, so you don`t need to wait for it. Overall, if it`s just a very short stay(1or2nights), it would be ok. Otherwise I`ll look for a better conditioned, more comfortable hotel.

Big room in good location but a very hard mattress”

I had a pleasure stay and the location was very convinient. The room was clean, big and bright but the mattress was so hard!! I don't known what it was made from but it was like you couldn't turn around, you should sleep steel in one location.. Not good at all...!

Poorly equipped, poor sound proofing ”

Only one soft chair in twin, no wine glasses or toaster, adjoining unit noise from ventalation fan in toilet running all the time. Shower plug blocked water not running away

The Worst of the worst ”

The noise is you love sirens all night, the bed made for midgets and the cramped shower with no soaps

Strategic location, Spacious Room, Unbeatable Price”

PROS: This studio apartment is complete with a modern ensuite bathroom, kitchenette with fridge and large windows. The room was spacious - more than enough walking space around with all our luggage open! The building have a coin operated laundry room in the basement level which allowed us to bring less clothes! 5-8 mins walking distance to Holland Park or Shepards Bush Underground/Overground, Westfield. No. 94 is our fav bus to Piccadilly Circus! CONS: -The double bed was a tight squeeze for us eventhough I'm petite (45kg, 152cm) and my partner is a regular sized Asian man (75kg). -All correspondences are through email and a local number to call in case of emergency. -The biggest upset of our stay was that we had to endure the noise of two underground rails that passes close by the apartment that runs on intervals of 2-5 mins until the service retires for the day in the basement level apartment that was given to us for the first 3 nights, and un-civic minded guests accessing the laundry room multiple times well past midnight. Thank goodness, the balance of our 8 nights was moved to a studio on Level 1. For this I am grateful to Nicole, the reservations manager who managed to move our room after our complaints.

Estancia de fin de semana para conocer Londres en pareja. El tema del auto-check-in y que no haya personal del hotel en los apartamentos choca un poco. Por lo demás, cumplen a la perfección su cometido: Limpios, muy básicos pero bien equipados, y genial comunicados por transporte público (a 5 minutos de Shepherd's Bush - Linea central de metro) y a 15 minutos caminando de Notting Hill o Hyde Park. Lo peor: que no hay opción de dejar las maletas al hacer check-out y el ruido del tráfico puede molestar a los que tengan el sueño ligero (aunque no fue nuestro caso).

Il n'y a pas de réception, mais les indications pour récupérer les clefs de l'appartement sont claires et simples. C'est calme, très propre, bien chauffé, il s'agissait réellement d'un petit appartement avec la chambre, la salle de bain et le salon-salle à manger séparés. La décoration est moderne. C'est proche de la station Edgware Road, donc bien placé. Il y a des commerces pas loin. Bon appart hôtel.
