The staff of this hotel is amazing from check in to checkout, given the price the service given to us was 5 star, kudos to the staff(they are very accommodating and treat foreigners and Filipino guests equally), especially Jhay who made our stay relaxing and worry free as he has booked for us everything we needed from tours, rentals, transportation tickets and everything. If you are not picky about food their breakfast is good enough for the price they are offering per night, nothing too fancy but they have so many choices to choose from you can also pay everything via checkout and dont need to get your wallet or get cash from ATM which eats up time. The location is not so bad, it's in the middle, 5 minutes away from Bayan where you can explore el-nido's night scene and 5 minutes away from mcdonalds(if you are in a budget you can dine here instead), vanilla beach, for sunset viewing. Facilities are regular, but enough, complete and clean, they also have generator incase power goes down, plus they have very strong wifi! Although signal is not so good in the first floor if you are at the third floor you get a full reception! Will definitely stay here again once we go back to el-nido! Definitely exceeded my expectations! Great value for money!

I love the homy vibes, there's a nice garden and a roof top with an amazing view where you can chill or eat breakfast and the room is very clean. They have free breakfast and wifi too. If you're someone that likes to be away from the crowd and quiet, then St. John is the best place to stay in El Nido. It's 10 min away from the town via tricycle. The staffs are friendly most especially, Jhay. He has a welcoming and positive attitude. I cannot thank him enough for helping get a ferry boat to Coron in just 2 min. I had a stressful encounter with a local agency with my ferry boat ticket and end up canceling it. But, Jhay helped us book and got a ticket right away. Also, they offer tours and ferry boat tickets. My husband and I had an amazing stay!!! Thank you, St. John Pension House.

My friend and I had a pleasant stay! If ever I retun to El Nido, I'll surely book here. The room is big enough for both of us, clean and with normal amenities. Breakfast has adequate amount of serving and tastes good (better than what is expected) . They also offer tours in affordable price. Requests has been granted and service was superb. There were some mishaps but they have handled it well. Super friendly and accomodating staffs! Overall, its a great stay!
