Gangmum beach is just right in front the hotel. Also it’s really convenient if want to travel to Jumunjin Beach or Anmok Beach by bus since the bus stop is just besides the hotel. Definitely will be back again !

Stay at St.Johns hotel Gangneung ”
Enjoyed the stay at hotel situated at convenient location near the beach . Breakfast is bit continental style but satisfying. Restaurant and cuisine options within the hotel is limited which should have been improved. Staff hospitality is satisfactory. Swiming Pools charges are at very high side and suggest to give atleast 30 to 40 percent discount to guests , however pool amenities are excellent with life guard watch and enjoyable ambience . Sauna facilities are very good . Overall satisfactory experience and definitely recommend to for all types of guests like couples , families, and friend groups

Fitness center was awesome. The pool was good too but you have to pay to use each day. The breakfast was nice and clean. The view was great. The checkin is at 4 with a lot of ppl waiting. Checkout is at 11am. They also charge extra for late checkout.

The hotel is concious about the nature so no room amenities”
The hotel does not provide toothbrush, toothpaste, in-room sandals, etc. Fortunately they still provide soap and shampoo. The hotel sells the room amenities separately through their vending machines which are located inside the hotels (around 2 in each floors). We went during national holiday in Korea so we only managed to buy 1 toothbrush and toothpaste set, 2 room slippers (after we checked all the vending machines from 6th floor to 14th floor). We were a group of 6 people. So we ended up going out at 10pm just to buy room amenities in supermarkets. At that time, we checked in at around 8pm. We were tired and totally disappointed. :(
