Hidden gem right off Mango Avenue”
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms look, smell, and feel clean. The staff are pleasant and very attentive to requests and offered great service, including the security guard. Great location, good value for money, would book with them again. The only suggestion I have is for staff/management to look into details just a little bit more; for example, the sheer curtains and topmost bed sheet had tears in them and needed replacing. I could tell the elevator wasn’t cleaned in the 3 days I was there — I took note of a stray strand of hair that stuck to the walls and it was still there. Not a deal breaker for me but it could be for others.

A gem across Redemptorist Church”
We booked 4 rooms at St. Mark Hotel and had a lovely time with the kids who needed to rest after a tiring day out at the malls. With the level of cleanliness, hotel upkeep, and staff caliber, the room rates are incredibly underpriced at this quaint and genuinely pet-friendly property. Nothing was too difficult for the friendly staff. We enjoyed the simple and tasty breakfast, the huge rooms, and real king-size beds at the family room. We would easily rate St. Marks a 4 star tier hotel and would love to plan for a longer stay here on our next malling activity.

What I loved the most with my stay at St. Mark Hotel was the accommodating staff and its location. We stayed there for 4 nights and they ensured that all our needs were provided. I was able to book the superior room for 3 adults with additional payment for the extra adult, but with its rating and quality, it still ended up cheaper than the other hotels nearby. They put together 2 double sized beds which was better and bigger than 1 queen sized bed. Their beddings were also very comfortable and relaxing. When I needed to print important documents, they had that provided as well for a minimal fee. As for the location, it was in front of the Church. This was something I appreciated because I could readily attend mass as I prepared for my board exams. The atmosphere was also relaxing and conducive for study, since it is not in a busy street. Though I would have appreciated a better and cleaner view when I opened the window. But the accommodation of the staff outweighed it.

Room is good and not far walk to Mango square area which has many eateries. Free Breakfast changed from a buffet to set menu while I was there . Set menu however is pretty much local dishes . Nothing for Europeans really but I managed to find something could eat on menu. Staff friendly and security guard most helpful the best on all my travels in the Philippines. He was most helpful and informative on getting a cab or giving directions. Yes I would stay again if staying in that part of Cebu

My soon to be husband and I were so glad we found St. marks hotel. Its very near to malls and other facilities. Walking distance to Redemptorist church. All the staff were so nice and the breakfast buffet is delicious! Will definitely come back:)

Great staff service! Got a deluxe room with balcony, and our stay was relaxing. The parking area is limited so it’s a bit of a hassle if the hotel is jam packed but the security guard will assist you all the way

For the price this is an extremely nice hotel. Rooms are modern, large and clean. Only complaint is that during my stay the shower even on max heat was quite cold. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location, only a few mins from Mango ave with lots of food and night life options

Staycation for our 12th year”
We chose to stay in Cebu City for our 12th year anniversary celebration. We are frequent church goers of the Redemptorist church that’s why we decided to stay at SMH. It was an easy and efficient check-in, and the staff changed our fridge right away when something’s wrong with it. Overall, our stay was pleasant!
