I enjoyed my short stay and it was near Chinatown. It is really very convenient from the airport and the place around as well is nice. I love the cleanliness and neatness of the place. Was amazed as well with their remote control mouse you can directly watch youtube in their tv as well.

Room was very clean .staff help to change towels every day n clean the room.when I need help just email them. Just 5min they will help in my problem. Ez to find food n 5min walk to mrt. They had free coffee every day n also had small kitchen for me to sit enjoy My food. Ist time I book for one week stay. N I Ext my stay to two week. I m my friend was njoy with our stay. If you are a local who needs some "me" time to getaway from the bustling city, ST Signature - Chinatown is the perfect place to spend a day or night. It is a no-frills cabin hotel that has all the basic amenities (bed, cushioned chair, table, safe locker, mirror, tissue box, towel, 2 pillows, alcohol handrubs) and a cosy carpeted room to yourself. Toilets are shared but they are aplenty on all floors - super clean, bright and tidy as well. Love the no reception, key-less concept. Will I return? For the budget conscious me, a resounding Yes.

Very clean co-living accommodation. You have your own little privacy, yet you can hang out with the guest at the pantry area. The equipments (coffee machine, microwave) are state of the art! The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Toilet is very clean. Checking in, request for anything is easily done through its APP Chat.

Super experience ”
I really highly satisfied my stay. Actually i was planning to stay in a capsule hotel but avoid virus threat i decided to stay in here in last moment, for having private space, and i made a really good decision. The hotel was really clean and self check in process was so smooth, the location so good very close to MRT and China town was full of restaurants and shops. If i come again i pick this hotel first.

Small but cozy room ”
I would recommend the hotel as it is definitely value for money. Everything is digitise including check in check out and door lock. You may face difficulty if you are not tech savvy but you can always seek help from chat box and their response is very prompt. The only thing that I don’t like is the pillow as it’s seems a bit small but overall experience is very good. Very comfortable bed with Netflix in room.

Best stay ever for solo traveler !!!!”
I was so surprise of how spotless the hotel was the shared bathroom was super clean and the rooom as well. Didn’t matter how tiny the room was but it was so stylish and I had comfortable stay. The self-check in was so convenient and easy to follow. Definitely coming back to stay here in the future and I recommend this place !!!!

Excellent location, responsive staff and large restrooms - ST Chinatown was ideal for our purposes of spending a day in Singapore while in transit. The rooms are perhaps a little cramped for tall people but clean sheets and good lighting make it worthwhile. Overall a pleasant stay.

Good location and clean rooms as well as very cool bathrooms.But the doors are too close to each other so when someone knocks on the neighbor's door, we mistaken it as our own. Overall very good experience. Definitely will go back.

Wonderful Experience”
From the accommodation, services provided to accessibility of it, I’m amazed & exceptionally satisfied. Even though the room was small, but it was cosy. The staffs I interacted with were so helpful regardless of “reception” or housekeeping. They were prompt and efficient. I really appreciate the services provided. It’s a pity that I visit during covid period, hence weren’t able to experience much of the facilities, but it was a wonderful experience so far. 5 stars for everything.

Great value for money at a good location ”
Great location, value for money. Comfortable and clean beds, spacious enough. Air conditioning was great. Only con was that toilet is not on every floor, tedious to go to the loo at night. Suggest to have air fresheners in toilet, there was a metallic tangy smell.

Make a home for a few days ”
I researched this place enough to know what to expect as regards sharing of communal space - it really depends on the other guests. Either you get an immaculate place you could call a temporary home, or trails of spilled dark liquid in the corridor and in the room(yet meals to be consumed only in the kitchen), eyeliner liquid in the sink, toilet plunger in the floor of a shower cubicle etc. But I don’t blame the hotel though. They can’t be around every minute to make sure everyone clean up after themselves or do strange things. The room isn’t as small as I thought it would be; I’ve ample space to move around and fit a luggage if I wanted to. People are generally respectful of noise and our requests like change of rooms are usually met. The sound proofing though is terrible - I can hear when my neighbour has received a text message even though it is put on silent mode ie the sound of vibrating phone or when he needs to drink water ie clearing his throat. The coffee machine , fridge , microwave, kitchen cannot be used during this period (I didn’t know about this until I got here) and the 7-11 across the street is closed. That’s it. Just small complains but overall, I’m really having a good time. I wish they provide more comfortable arm chairs around the property so one could properly and comfortably lounge with a book, instead they were either too small, backless, or too hard. Only one comfy armchair can be found and that’s outside of room 408. the lower bunk bed is cosy! I love it so much and I sleep like a baby in it
